On March 25, 2024 I purchased a ******* Pro Multi-Blade Spiralizer. When it arrived, we opened the box to find a flyer advising us that if we left a review for the product, ******* would send us a "Stainless Steel Julienner/****** set." On May 3, 2024 I left the review and sent a copy of it to **************************** as the flyer instructed. I did not leave the review immediately after receiving the product because we wanted to use it a few times to make sure we our opinion was well-tested. It has been two weeks and I have yet to even receive a confirmation that my email was received, much less that anything is being processed. I contacted ******* again on May 16, 2024 and requested at least an acknowledgment that my order is being worked on by the close of business on the 17th, but still no response.Initial Complaint

I bought a dishwasher via Wayfair from **************** in April of 2023. *** previously had issues reaching the company, and attempted several times via phone call and email as given on the instruction manual. The number given was ************, but the number appears to be defunct when you call. The email on the manual did not answer. I attempted to ask ******* if they had another number and it was a number for a completely different ******* company that could not assist at all, they attempted to give a different number but that didnt work either. My dishwasher broke with error E03. Considering I attempted to call and email the company already with no avail, I reached out to *******, they werent sure what to do, but told me to consult the warranty I paid for. I waited over a week to hear back, to which someone finally got back to me after a lot of back and forth, just to tell me that I have to contact the company as my machine is still under warranty with the company and they couldnt do anything. I told this to ******* who stated they couldnt do much, as the dishwasher was sold out on their site, and the manager states she wasnt sure if it would ever come back. She offered a refund as the machine was broken. After this, I again tried to research all the ******* websites and found a chat to contact. When I spoke with someone, they take hours to reply, only responding once a day around 5PM EST. After going back and forth with them, they told me to troubleshoot (which I DID SEVERAL DAYS AGO) and then after waiting a week said theyd send me a replacement. After attempting to process it, the rep realized I received a refund (I said this in my email but for whatever reason ignored it) and basically said they wouldnt help me per their policy. I made several attempts to contact the company and am now being punished for receiving a refund for an item that broke within warranty and having to call and email several different people in order to get help.
