      Montessori Outlet! Has great quality materials i received a damaged map and they sent me a replacement immediately. There was damage to the outside of the packaging box so it must of happened during shipping. I called and ******* from customer service was really nice and helpful. I received my entire order including the replacement within two weeks of placing my order

      I have ordered ************* from Montessori Outlet and have never had an issue. I was always being contacted and updated with the status of my orders , even if they had a delay I was reassured my items would be out right away. For the price and quality of the items I have no complaints.

      I ordered materials at a Montessori conference in March. The materials came with smudge marks on them. When I emailed with pictures telling them that they were damaged and I'd like a replacement they told me it was "a personal preference" and I'd have to pay 15% to send it back. I called asking for further support from a manager. It has been 2 months and I have yet to receive a response. I would think a company would care how their materials look and not consider it a personal preference that they are smudged and damaged.

      I have seen the Montessori outlet founders at the Montessori conference talking face to face was so much better They are not a one they are better! I wish I could change my review

      I recieved a classroom package as a gift, which is over $1,000 worth of products in May 2021. It's now May 2023 and I still have not received multiple items. Since this is a gift, I cannot recieve a refund. (The refund would be processed to the gift giver and I would be left without a gift.) Instead of waiting for my back ordered items, I was given the option to provide them with a list of all the items I would be interested in receiving. However, I already switched my order contents for about 10 items and did not recieve any of those additional items. I requested that they provide me with a list of in-stock items instead, so I don't need to waste any more of my own time picking out items that aren't available and they refused this request. I am very disheartened that this website continues to sell the items on the website (listed as in-stock) that I've been waiting YEARS to recieve. While the company claims the issues are COVID-related they have not been transparent with customers about realistic expectations and continue to take orders. The language being used on their website says "COVID-19 ************** and warehouse are resumed to normal operation. Thank you for your support and understanding. Customers may experience ****temporary**** shipment delay due to sporadic shipping carrier service disruptions." This is entirely misleading as a several year delay is not TEMPORARY. Everytime I communicate with them, they assure me the items will be sent within a month. I have received orders in the past (that I have been happy with) but the lack of communication, the outright lies, and the wait time (assuming it is a wait time and the items do come eventually, which obviously I am not confident they will) rises to a level of fraud, in my opinion. I am deeply saddened that a company that I previously supported and appreciated has treated me and so many others like this.

      I placed two large orders back in August 2022, and to date (Feb 2023) neither has arrived. I contacted Montessori Outlet several times, and each time was GUARANTEED my orders would ship the following month. They never did. They were never able to provide an acceptable reason for the delay (they get periodic shipments and apparently never know what's going to be on them and are some how completely unable to request specific items to fill outstanding orders?) Ultimately, I decided to cancel both orders rather than continue to wait. I spoke to a representative over two weeks ago who assured me both orders would be cancelled and I'd receive my refund in 3-5 business days. I, suppose unsurprisingly, still have not seen a refund from either order. Total unacceptable. Wasted months of time waiting on these items and still can't get our money back. I will never do business with this company again.

      I have had an outstanding order since September 2022 worth hundreds of dollars. I have called to check and they tell me it will be in at the end of the month every month. Yesterday I called and they insisted that they needed personal information just to check on my order. I refused to give them the information they said they were updating their data base- they don't need my date of birth and a credit card to check on my existing order. I am trying to cancel my order as they charged my card back in September for the full amount. While the operator was taking my name he was also talking fast and it sounded like he was reading the terms of some kind of plan. Something was definitely sketchy

      After reading the review we called ************************* as we have no men answering our phones and we do not ask for personal information to look up any order. We found out that the number she had called was not for Montessori Outlet. She had called the wrong number. When I called the number, they actually offered me a $100 reward card.       I ordered a wooden Montessori map in Dec 2021 and still have not received it. There was no update; when I call, as I have periodically throughout the year, they always say ******* map is out of stock and always about to come in, but I still have to map. My credit card has been charged. This is crazy. On their website, the map says in stock...shouldn't it say out of stock for over a year??

      We apologize for the back-order issue. Unfortunately, we had many delays in receiving our inventory from our manufacturer that is in China. they were shut down due to Covid many times throughout the year. When our inventory was finally ready to ship, we could not source containers or space on the ships. This was a global problem that seems to be getting under control. We did notify our customer about the backorder immediately and offered to cancel and issue a refund. The customer however stated that she wanted to wait for the item. Our inventory is all scheduled to be received in our warehouse by the end of February.

      I Have placed many orders for years now and they never disappoint. Although there were a couple of delays due to back orders, their customer service team was very helpful answering all my questions and concerns . The materials are very good quality , I would highly recommend purchasing from them.

      This is the worst company you should purchase from. I have multiple orders worth thousands of dollars with this company since March and no updates about my orders and no customer service. I have been on the call for 20 minutes with no response now. I am beginning to think this is fraud!!!

      I apologize about the delays. Unfortunately, Shanghai is still suffering with closures due to Covid. Our manufacturer was shut down in May for over a month. On May, 16 there was a phone conversation that the backordered items on your orders would be available until the end of July. You did say you wanted to wait for the items. You were given the option of canceling the items for a full refund and you decided to wait. I sincerely apologize for the delays. This is really out of our control at the moment. Please let us know if you would like to receive a refund immediately should you not want to wait for backorders.
