I recently got in an accident with some one how was aspire insurance. Theres damage to my car and all the wrote me was a 271 dollar check. They will not cover my car rental when I take my car to the shop. Theres more damage than what they paid me I need a new bumper grill and paint. 271 doesnt even cover the cost of a new grill. Worse company to work with please shut this cheap place down.

The worst experience ever! Please NEVER deal with this ********** accident happened two months ago, and my claim is still open. They havent provided me with a rental car, and their customer service is terrible. The supervisor, ********* *****, is constantly on vacation and never responds to calls or voicemails. This has caused me to lose both money and peace of mind, with zero communication or support from their side.

I turned on auto pay and I get charged for my insurance every month but ever since last month they told me that they havent been receiving the payments and they informs me that I dont have insurance and I will need to pay plus a late fee. This is ridiculous because when I called to talk to someone on the phone they said the money was returned. But no refund or transaction was canceled in my bank statements. Still says I paid in my Bank account. So I dont understand why aspire is asking for another payment plus $30 late fee, last month they took a late payment even though it wasnt late. Im not understanding that Im getting bullshitted when its there system with autopay not working or they are just scamming for late fees.

I have been waiting for the Medical Evaluation letter from the **** Since I haven't received it yet, I thought it was because I didn't have insurance. Then there were some knee pain that I didn't complete the report. So I asked to cancel the insurance. On 7/29/24 From network I screened, The caller said it was Freeway insurance. later then suddenly it changed to Aspire. I dont even know what happened? It gives people a feeling of being messy and irresponsible. It takes so much time and effort to cancel the insurance.On August 8th ***** , I submitted my car insurance cancellation. Since I still not received my drivers license yet, I emailed ********************** and also mailed Aspire the notice. Since I only received the contract from Aspire. Not the Freeway insurance. ???The funny thing is that they received my notice and actually sent me a letter, ( on letterhead Both the Freeway and Aspire insurance). saying that I must pay this huge amount of debt. ( almost one year premium) Unfounded. I haven't driven a car, and I haven't been in any car accidents. They also provided no real services. I don't know what reason Aspire had for asking me for such a huge amount of money. This is a kind of blackmail, this is a company without professional ethics.

Tuve un accidente en el freeway un carro me peg por atraz y **** pliza con esta aseguradora y ellos no me ayudaron para ***** agarre aseguranza con otra compania y dej esta y ahora me estn cobrando que por qu no les **** y segn me van a mandar a coleccin. Es un ASCO est aseguradora solo sirven para cobrar y no sirven para nada.PD TENGO QUE PONER UNA ******************** PERO NO MERECEN NINGUNA

HORRIBLE! HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE !!! its been such a nightmare dealing with these idiots. Always a new adjuster. They change information, they add incorrect information, they lie, they delay delay and delay, THEY SENT MY INFOMATION TO ANOTHER PERSON WHOM THEY CLAIM HE WAS PART OF MY POLICY!! THEY ASKED ME TO SIGN PAPERS THAT WERE DIRECTED TO ANOTHER PERSON'S NAME! Like how hard is to do your job!! I just can't with these people. I have never dealt with such ignorant people. They refuse to send you any kind of information regarding your claim, no documents ******* They DO NOT CARE FOR LAWYERS. THEY NEED TO GO OUT OF BUSINESS. THEY CAN'T CONTINUE DOING THIS.

C*** company. I filed a claim which they refused to pay me my damage costs. Said they sent a check never received it.

Horrible insurance company dont pay for damages that there driver caused gives the run around doesnt even investigate the problem makes excuses dont bother with them if you want a bootsy insurance this the one if you want good insurance get anybody but them

HORRIBLE PEOPLE!! NO ONE DOES THEIR JOB. I GOT T-BONED BY THEIR INSURED DRIVER. THEIR INSURED DRIVER RAN THE RED LIGHT AT THE INTERSECTION AND HIT ME. I SUFFERED MULTIPLE INJURIES FROM THE ACCIDENT, IM STILL IN PAIN. ASPIRE DOESN'T DO S*** FOR YOU WHEN YOU GET HIT BY THEIR INSURED DRIVERS. MY ATTORNEY TRIED CONTACTING THEM MULTIPLE TIMES AND NO ANSWER. I TRIED CALLING THEM AND NOTHING EITHER. THEY ARE A BUNCH OF SCAMS. THEY'RE INDIANS. THEY WILL ONLY FIGHT FOR THEIR INSURED DRIVER EVEN IF THEIR AT FAULT. THEY NEED TO GO OUT OF BUSINESS. I WOULD GIVE NEGATIVE STARS IF I COULD. HORRIBLE A** PEOPLE. IF YOU GET HIT BY THEIR INSURED DRIVER, GET A LAWYER FOR SURE AND PRAY!!!

I wish I could give them 0 stars. My vehicle was rear ended on the freeway by another person. My vehicle has been in the shop for 4 weeks despite the shop having the work done in days because of Aspire and ******** not doing their jobs and taking their sweet time getting supplements approved. Both myself and the collision center that has fixed my vehicle have been fighting with Aspire to do their jobs and get my vehicle back to me. I would stay away from them and save yourself the headache.
