If I could give 0 stars I would. They absolutely would not allow me to return an opened never used rabbit hut. I kept getting emails with weird offers, then saying they will send return label soon but never did. This is a foreign company with Chinese language on the bottom. I would be very careful if you make a purchase with this company...

Horrible customer service. First, they said they would send package again, then ***** had to authorize it, then they told me to claim to *****, then I sent evidence from ***** that they returned my package to them. And they're such liars that they sent me pictures that they had delivered my package, but they don't say ***** returned it. In two days, it will be three months. I'm not asking for the money, I want my package sent to me and receive it! But I will take any legal action against them. This is frustrating and exhausting.Aivituvin Response

ordered a ferrit cage a few months back and noticed that the cage smelt like laquer, thought nothing of it, then two ferrits died, the third one is fortunately still alive we have removed him from the cage and are going to clean it to thoroughly examine but without a doubt the smell did contribute, laquer is in no means meant to be inhaled, next time use a water based stain,thank youAivituvin Response

The painting of the cage is 100% safe and no harm to any pets, even children, as we have sold the hutch for more than 21 years. We have done many painting professional test for selling to Walmart and The Home Depot.
If there is a little smell, it is only because it is packed in a sealed carton. How about leaving it out for about three days to let the smell spread? We think it will help you to solve this problem.Review from L. M.

WORST COMPANY I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH ON AMAZON!!! I would give a negative rating, if I could. I purchased 4 dog houses as listed on Amazon and received email confirmation of my order with an expected date of delivery. When I had not received shipping updates, I contacted Amazon to inquire about my order, at which time I was told the order had been cancelled without me receiving any notification. Amazon stated my order had obviously been cancelled by AIVITUVIN due to a LISTING ERROR. It is not the customer’s fault if the company lists an item incorrectly. The company should NOT PENALIZE customers for their mistakes!! I have contacted both AMAZON and AIVITUVIN regarding this issue with NO RESOLVE and/or RESPONSE!! Both AIVITUVIN and AMAZON refused to make it right by honoring my order at the original price listed. A “company” that treats people this way should definitely NOT BE IN BUSINESS!!Aivituvin Response

Your response to not honor my order just proves why AIVITUVIN has an F RATING by the BBB. When you choose to treat customers in this way, you get HORRIBLE RATINGS. I received 1 of the panels damaged, ask to send a replacement and their response was if I could glue it and they would send me 20.00 dollars. I said no I would like the panel replaced. They said they would not be sending a replacement out. Put a review on their site and of course nowhere to be found.
