I purchased a ****** or 3 year Added Security Maintenance Plan, and after my 6th oil change, I was told that my plan ended after 6 oil changes/tire rotations. When I purchased my Subaru on 9/29/21, I had told the dealership that I put a lot of miles on my car because I commute 60 miles in both directions to another city, and I was told that this maintenance service plan would be a good investment. However, it doesnt state in the contract that only 6 services are provided over ****** miles and/or 3 years. I should have ***** miles or until 9/29/24 for my last service. This is the 5th and last purchase of a vehicle from Redding Subaru. I miss the previous owners, who always honored their contracts and service.Review from Matthew K

YIKES! DO NOT USE ****! Just asked for the price of a 2020 ***** Accord touring, and a salesman named **** called me back. When he told me $32,000, I said I wasnt interested and the price was too high. **** called me back to make snotty comments about the car and ask how they should price it. He said they prices it based off *************** Book and made more snotty comments. ***** Blue Book price for the vehicle is 28k from a dealership. Looked at that before even asking them. Talk about poor customer service!Review from Richard M

BUYER BEWARE!!! Don't make the mistake I did by purchasing a used car from Redding Subaru.This company puts profits over customers Safety and Satisfaction. I was sold a "Death Trap". The caliper fell off when I was on the freeway and lost my breaks. I asked them to do another safety inspection. They said they did but didn't and 800 miles later break failure again. This car has supposedly had 3 inspections. I have asked them about the clutch and to look into it even before I purchased the car. They said they did upon the inspections with nothing wrong. Well, the clutch went out its been only 9 moths Ive owned this car. So many other disloyal things this dealership has done to me. I like to support local business, but not this one. So unfortunate.
