Owner will not take responsibility or liability for items missing. Blamed everything on me. She didnt even go to the back and look for said items. She didn't bother noting when time is available, she would she just completely put blame on me.Business response

I am rejecting this response because: simply what she said was truly fabricated and delusional. What she left out was the fact she never once went in the back to look for the two shirts. Also her response to me was did I look in the back of my trunk. I own an Audi A4 immaculate condition throughout so basically she stereotyped me as be messy sloppy. So what she wrote is just what she could conjure up in that baseless mind of hers. I want my $75 for both shirts reimbursed as soon as possible. Also I was even courteous to even bring back the hangers everytime I went to get my cleaners done. This is the thanks I get. No she is at fault here.

There is a dispute of ONE shirt not two.... when did this change?
So, in other words, if I don't pay him, I lose my rating with BBB??
