I moved and it has been weeks of me sending in photo identification and them refusing it. Six weeks of emails and phone calls but I am still locked out. The exact photo they rejected I have sent with no issues to other accounts with *****, ****************, and ***********. Not a single issue. This is the worst customer service and worst bank I have ever experienced. Do not use them.Bluevine Inc. Response

A joke of a business. Cannot view the details of checks that have been withdrawn from your account, a fundamental feature. I have called multiple times to get this resolved, and every time they tell me it will be resolved in 1-2 days, and nothing is ever resolved.Bluevine Inc. Response

Bluevine is AWFUL. It took me three weeks of trying to get them to close one business account so I could open another one (with new EIN). Every agent I spoke with told me a different way Bluevine could handle this, and NONE of them were correct....thus the 3 weeks ticking away. Today I closed my old account through an "agent" and couldn't hang up fast enough. I have moved to NOVO. I will never use Bluevine again, nor will I ever recommend them to anyone. ****** customer service - they have no idea what they're doing. Yes, they have no-fee and good APY, but it's not worth it if you want to keep your sanity around your business banking. AVOID.Bluevine Inc. Response

Terrible account verification team. very poor communication. In my opinion unethical behavior. Whats legal (terms and conditions) and whats ethical is in my opinion what this company lacks. Callous disregard for small businesses and just shameful behavior in my opinion.stay away read other reviews. They probably dont have a ****** page because their reviews are so bad.Bluevine Inc. Stay away from Bluevine. I have a business checking account with ****************** after depositing numerous checks with them there was a mishap with the check issuer that was cleared up immediately and my account balance was restored to a positive balance of $31k. I then received email instructions from Bluevine to submit information some information by September 28th 2024 but I received the email on October 1st. I quickly followed up with the request submitted the information and was asked to submit additional information which I did. Then several days later I receive an email stating that my account would remain closed and there would be no refund of my money nor would I be given an explanation as to the cause. So basically they are closing my account and keeping my money. As I was told. I am not the only customer with this same complaint.Bluevine Inc. Response

The most horrible institution I've dealt with, and I'm very disappointed and dissatisfied. I had issues cashing a check, depositing a check, and dealing with customer service, and this is despite my positive history with them. I am slow to leave negative comments on any company, because I have grace for mistakes, but THIS is inexcusable, because it has happened several times. Do not use this as a mobile business banking account. Go to your bank in your area that you currently have accounts.Bluevine Inc. Response

Ill give two stars because they were decent at times, but customer service just reminded me exactly why I left this bank. I had an ACH accidentally get sent to an acct there that I closed earlier this year. Cant chat with them because the acct is closed. No phone number listed on site. After digging into the under belly of the Internet, I finally find a number to call and then just kept hitting more walls.Wait on hold forever to then immediately be put on hold after he asks me basic acct questions. He eventually comes back and merely says I need to review my information and call back in. What?!What am I reviewing?! Im the only acct holder. Im supposed to call, wait ***** minutes on hold and tell you the exact same thing? I continue to press and get the same exact response over and over. No asking for additional information, no additional security checks, no seeing if he misheard anything, no common sense whatsoever that there isnt even a security risk to anyone on what I was calling about in the first place. All he needed to do was verify that an ach trace ID was sent to a closed account and reverse it back to the sender. Or even just give me basic information on what to expect. Or to ask again anything that was conflicting. ****. None of that.Bluevine Inc. Response

2 weeks to change the phone number on my account, still cant access it. Customer support **** were all not helpful, saying incorrect information to get me to believe the issue would be resolved. Called 3 times today, first two *****s basically left me on permanent hold. Third ***** basically said I cant help you. Spoke to a manager and he gave ME an attitude after *** spent probably a collective 8 hours trying to solve this issue. Possibly the worst bank in existence.Bluevine Inc. Response
