I bought luggage in March 2024 (Beis ******) which I used only one time and unfortunately now damaged due to poor quality. I contacted Beis customer service which was super responsive in the beginning and committed to replacing the products after I sent pictures and videos. I was waiting to get confirmation that the replacement for both pieces would be shipped and never heard back anything. I have been sending multiple emails which are completely ignored. I have back of all email correspondence.Initial Complaint

I ordered 3 Crossbody bags in March 2024. I only kept one and returned the two I did not want in exchange for a $98 backpack. There was an over charge to buy the backpack of $2, in exchange.When the backpack arrived seven days later, I realized it was too small so I requested an exchange to get a larger tote by emailing the company. When I went to exchange the backpack for the tote, it showed that I only had credit for $2, even though it was a $98 backpack. Because this company has no phone number to call and actually speak to somebody I spent 2 weeks on an email chain back-and-forth that shouldve been handled on one phone call. I had asked repeatedly for someone to help me as the instructions that were sent were incorrect and I was unable to make the exchange. At this time Im stuck with product that I do not want. Im unable to get my money back so I called my credit card company and filed a dispute. My story is a warning to anyone wanting to buy from this company!!!Initial Complaint

I purchased 3 items from Beis in order #*******. I received two large more expensive items in the same shipment on about 12/11. I assumed that the small beige sport sack was in a different shipment but they said it was packed all together. They asked for pictures of the items and I sent them. I havent heard back from them since that. They have no phone number for customer service and I am frustrated trying to email each day. I would simply like my $36 back after spending over $300 on items from them.Initial Complaint

I ordered 4 items from Beis, once the package arrived there where 3 items and only 2 of the items I actually ordered. They sent 1 wrong item (grey luggage) that I did not purchased which cost less than the 2 luggage's that I actually purchased (black luggage and black backpack). I have sent multiple emails, messages and photos stating they sent me the wrong luggage please send me the correct luggage. I spent over 500 total and I only have 2 of the items. They have yet to respond to any of the customer service complaints I have put in except with send photos. Well I have sent photos and followed up with emails, messages and nothing. I want a refund at this point. Their customer service is non existent and they have not tried to fix the situation at all except keep my money.Initial Complaint

On November 25th of 2022, I purchased some things on the Beis website for black Friday as gifts. I made several purchases over those couple days , by January after gifts were given out I realized I had ordered too many items. I was in my refund time period for all but one. I reached out to Beis and chatted via website regarding returning the product. The representative stated to return the item with a note and to give them the tracking number and a refund would be issued as long as the tags were still attached even though I was 3 days outside of the return by date. Since I had several returns and they made me pay for each and every return shipping cost, I put the items in one big package that had originally held my products previously. I left a note on the product with the order number and information. This occurred on 02/14/2023. Initially I received only one refund, so I reached out and received the second about 2 weeks later. Again I reached out and explained via email to "***" that I sent back 3 items and which order numbers it was for and that I was still seeking my refund for the third item. I reached out from 02/26/2023 until now 05/30/2023 and in the beginning I got the " we have to reach out to our return team and locate it" then three weeks later I followed up with the same response. I reached out AGAIN and stated I either needed the product back if they didn't want to return or my refund, to this date I have yet to hear back from " ***" or anyone else. I ordered luggage on May 6th with 3-5 day shipping. On May 14 they sent me an email saying my luggage was delayed with no reason. I reached out on May 18th to customer service asking where my order was of if i could cancel the order and they said theyd open an investigation. I reached back out on May 22 asking for an update and if they could resend the luggage or offer me a refund since its clearly lost so I can order another set ahead of my upcoming trip and they said it could take 2 weeks to investigate. This isnt an error in my end and now my money and purchase are held up for 3-4 weeks and now making my purchase irrelevant. I needed the luggage for 2 upcoming trips which one has already passed and this likely wont be resolved by the second trip.Initial Complaint

I purchased a bag on January 27th 2023 from Beis. On January 30th I received a delivery confirmation email stating my parcel was delivered. However it was never delivered to my address. I immediately sent an email to Beis to inquire about my missing order and they advised me to be patient as they investigate. I have been following up since each week with the same run around that they are still investigating. However on their website, their policy clearly states **** days for investigation on missing orders. We are now February 22nd and this morning they advised me they require more time for the investigation. This bag was ordered for my trip two weeks ago, and it cost me ****** cad. It is extremely unacceptable that I am waiting this long for an update, response or solution.
