I actually dont hate the product. It is a cushion with a washable slipcover on a metal frame - i.e. a really comfortable folding camping chair. It is obviously overpriced; however, for me it works due to being lightweight, portable to the third floor of an old house, and relatively comfortable. My low rating is because customer service is essentially nonexistent. No one ever answers the phone. Ever. Or calls you back. Ive had several issues with my orders, including desiring to change my shipping option, issues with the shipping carrier losing a package, and a slip cover for one of the chairs never arriving at all. Every time I reach out to customer service via email or chat, the only response I ever receive is from an AI bot telling me that a person will get back to me in a few hours. Days later, I have received no real reply from a human being. At this point Ive resigned myself to owning a sectional with only four out of five chairs covered in actual fabric. I dont even know what to do at this point since I doubt Id be able to get a hold of anyone to initiate a return. This company could be so much better. Their product isnt terrible - its unique and it works very well for apartment dwellers like me. They need more reasonable prices and, more importantly, a real customer service department.

Worst furniture purchase of our life. Cheap steel frames with flimsy cushions, not to mention they never actually mailed us the covers for our couch either. Not worth the $1500 we spent and they will not respond to my emails requesting a new return label. They have not not fulfilled their end so far and I feel like they are trying to extend it past our 30 day return policy in order to not give us a refund. Will be filing a claim here shortly

Best furniture my money has ever bought. It is exactly as they describe. Ot looks great is very comfortable!

They're advertising that it ships in 72 hours (apparently this is an extra charge and they don't tell you that until after you've ordered) They said it would ship at the end of August and now I'm being told the end of September. They said someone would get back to me in 24 hours. It's been 48 and still nothing. It's $1800 down the drain for the run around.

Seems like Anabei does a great job filtering out negative reviews. Just go to their site and click on the one star reviews. They're all positive! Funny, right? I am an actual Anabei customer, I purchased a modular sectional in Ash back in February and received it in May. The quality is really bad. The frame is thin and made of steel, with not nearly enough support. You sag into the seat and can feel the metal frame behind your back and legs. Not only that but the supposedly pet-friendly fabric had tons of snags within days, and my cat wasn't even scratching on it, just jumping up and down to sleep on the cushion. Returns were fortunately easy, although it's always a hassle to repackage and ship 8 large boxes. Overall their deceptive pricing, advertising and review censorship make this company feel really scammy, and the quality is seriously worse than even normal budget furniture. Save yourself the trouble and shop elsewhere.

Sofa paid for is not due to be delivered until June. Cancellation policy states if cancel before shipping they will cancel and refund yet you cannot get in touch with anyone. I needed to cancel this sofa. I have tried calling, no answer. I have tried emailing as they suggest, no answer. I tried chat support and it states will reply in a few hours. What the heck are they doing. I need my money back and will place a claim via my credit card.What a mess. I do not recommend this and shame on me for even going there without research.

False advertising, misleading customer service, extreme wait times, and more. - We purchased a couch from Anabei on February 9th. - We received the couch on April 20th. Over 2 months of waiting! - The shipment showed up completely covered in mud..- After assembling the couch we realized we paid $1,200 for a large camping chair. It literally SINKS to the ground. Frumpy is the main descriptor. - Reached out to Anabei because their website claims to provide 30 day returns. - They sent back a ******* LINK to restyle the couch and catch any issues that *** make your sectional look less than desirable - Posted a review to their website and it was immediately deleted. Ridiculous scammers.
