From March 2022 to April 2022 I was using Intuit merchant services for my clients I had a client file a chargeback for several invoices from which they had been paying. Intuit never informed me of the chargeback or investigated the problem they tried to remove the money from my account I was able to block some of it but they have now since reported the balance on my credit report. I tried calling and speaking with an agent several times to no avail I was told i would be contacted which I never was.Business response

This complaint belongs to *************** Services and not Intuitive Networks, *** as we are not a provider of payment solutions. We are an ******* Service Provider that provides IT services and solutions to small business clients. We have had no business dealings with the complainant at any time.Customer response
