      Date: September 2, 2023 AMOUNT OF MONEY I HAVE PAID FOR STORAGE FEES: $1,020.00 Started at $50.00 per month.WHAT BUSINESS COMMITTED TO PROVIDE:Sell certain personal property identified by lists of all items and had a copy in the bags ****** picked up from ******* from her home. ****** later produced a ****** DOCUMENT listing over 300 items (and still has not been updated which I was told she would do and am still waiting) very large and notable to download to be part of this complaint. ******* can produce a copy of each list for BBB complaint please advise.1.Waiting for my share of payment of last items sold by ****** (some time in Sept . 2023).2.Communication break down does not respond to my telephone calls-voicemails, texts and emails.3.Return my personal property (my collectibles in her home and in storage so she says) as soon as possible. 4.****** AGREES TO CANCEL CLAUSE IN CONTRACT: Should Client elect to cancel this agreement for any reason, ProOrg will be paid the sum of $1,000.00 for the time invested and in addition, will be responsible for any commissions on active sales. WHETHER OR NOT THE BUSINESS TRIED TO RESOLVE THE PROBLEM.1.NO. ****** indicated in phone calls prior to September 2023 that the market for the collectibles was bad. Her position is to wait a while and see what happens. THIS HAS NOW BEENFIVE (5) MONTHS.During this time the collectibles are safe in storage and I am paying $60.00 a month for safe keeping.2.IT IS MY OPINION ****** does not have the time needed to try to sell the collectibles with a full time job and needs of her family.3. THE BUSINESS DOES NOT SEE A PROBLEM. THEIR POSITION APPEARS TO BE AS A STORAGE UNIT OWNER. I AM PAYING $60.00 FOR THE SAFEKEEPING OF MY COLLECTIBLES AND WHEN I STOP PAYING THE COLLECTBLES BECOME THEIR PROPERTY TO DO WHAT THEY WANT WITH THE PERSONAL PROPERTY.I am not aware of any account number, order or tracking number concerning my contract with PRO ORG- ******.
