I contracted with Epic Pools to install an in ground pool. I went with this company because they were the only company taking clients in ********** area. The pool contracting process went well and I was optimistic about the build process. After the contract was signed it took them almost 5 weeks to start construction. Once they started they left unsafe conditions in the yard and committed frequent safety violations. They left the dig hole open and unsecured, left sharp and dangerous construction debris all over the property, and damaged existing structures. There are multiple issues with the finished product i.e. shoddy workmanship, uneven lines, and open seams. Ideally I would like to get a partial refund of charges so I can contract with another company to finish the job and correct the issues left by Epic pools. I have pictures of the project and text screenshots if needed.
