I had my windows tinted by grizzly stylus And my complaint is. There was dirt left behind the window. Tinting film and there were scratches left on the surface of the film, spoke to the owner and said he could not do anything about it. Would like the problem corrected.Business response

Hello,
The Grizzly Style lifetime warranty covers any natural damages, like bubbling or peeling, that happen to the tint at any point. However, what the lifetime warranty does not cover, are any potential damages done by the customer to the tint. If at any point, a customer calls with a complaint that there's something on the tint or something happened to the tint (like dirt specks), and the vehicle arrives with a foreign object (a piece of newspaper) and scratches in the tint, it is no longer covered by our lifetime warranty. This is because, at Grizzly Style, it is our policy that every employee checks the tint job so that every vehicle leaves the garage in pristine condition. Because the warranty doesn't cover customer damage, we also advise everyone to wait four to five days before engaging with the tint to allow it to fully dry to avoid any potential conflict. Thank you.Thank you

The owner mentioned not to Clean or touch windows up 4 days And I followed those directions and noticed that there were. WaterMarks On the third brake light below the rear package shelf. So I proceeded to clean the rear window with paper towel and paper dislodged within the third brake. Light brought it back to grizzly. So he had his technician come out with **Metal Device trying to remove the paper towel and they scratch the window tinting film
