I recently had a new HVAC system installed by Atticman and I couldnt be happier with the entire experience. From the initial consultation to the final installation, everything went smoothly. They offered a great price that beat out several other quotes I had received, and the quality of their work was top-notch.The installers were punctual, professional, and clearly knew what they were doing. They walked me through the entire process, answered all my questions, and made sure I was comfortable with how everything worked before they left. The team worked efficiently, and there were no hiccups along the way. You can tell they take pride in their work.If youre looking for a company that provides excellent service at a fair price, Atticman is the way to go. Highly recommend!

Atticman is the absolute best company! Just had an all new Bosch 18 SEER heat pump installed and could not be happier! I even got 6+ bids from multiple companies in the area and Atticman was by far the most thoughtful and thorough.

What a dangerously disorganized and unprofessional organization. RUN, dont walk, away. We had an installation in July. The salesperson lied about many things. Get it all in writing. He had no clue what he was doing. When the installation crew came for our 1-2 day job, they gave me a list of all the things the salesman got wrong and, oversold, the installation. They also said a ***** foot tree had to be removed before they could continue with the installation. This is after they removed the old system. It was ****************************************************** a shirt and tie from work to buy a chainsaw. It took a visit from the installation manager to get the project moving. Our 1-2 day installation took 3 days. We noticed immediately that there were problems. The system ran constantly. It was much more uncomfortable in our home. There were areas that were 85 degrees and rooms that were 70. After two more visitstime off from work, etc. they regulated it better When we received the final bill, it was thousands more than the estimate (20% more) it took days to correct it. We were then told that an installation tech will be available when the Roseville inspector came to do the final inspection. When I called the day of the inspection to coordinate, the staff had no clue what was going on. The tech arrived after the inspector left after he failed our system because of faulty wiring and other issues. We had to set up another appointment to fix it. Another missed day at work. And the rep ***** show. He was sick apparently. The office said they would reschedule. Ghosted. No return calls. Weeks go by and I finally reached out to the installation manager. He apologized and set an appointment for yesterday I arranged to work from home. Ghosted again. Ive had it and now reaching out to code enforcement etc to force them to complete their work. Now in October, months later, still not completed. Find another installer.

Got a quote from them for $25,648 (they dropped to $17,800 after rebates and getting a "good deal") for a mini split ductless system, and a quote of $16,000 for a new AC/furnace that uses the already existing ductwork. The guy we talked to came across like a used car salesman, very pushy and seemed to care more about making the biggest sale possible than figuring out what the best system for our situation would be. I had to ask multiple times to even get the cost of the new AC/furnace option because he kept saying "Yeah I can do that but I get the vibe that what you really want is the ductless". He also could not tell me how energy efficient the two different options would be. He said, "That would be some insane calculations so it's impossible to know" and didn't measure my home at all to figure out how many square feet needed to be cooled, instead, he just quoted 3 9k + 2 12k units (it's a 900 sq ft area). When we said we were going to get quotes from a couple other companies before making a decision, he became even more pushy and desperate and even called less than 24 hours later to beg some more. We obviously aren't going to go with this company so I can't speak for their craftsmanship, but the whole thing felt very shady and I would not recommend them to anyone else.
