Sell broken used items,misrepresented photos,photos taken only of outside box while product inside was dirty damaged and not working. Sells outdated food,cosmetic items,needles,should have some HIPAA laws regarding safety

Sally the manager of the Folsom Outlet location is rude, accusatory and disrespectful to the customers. She most definitely should not be a manager. The way she speaks to customers and staff is vile. I used to love shopping there, now I avoid it. My son, whom is a regular Falling Prices customer visited today and was accused of going into bins roped off for $6 day and trying to purchase them on $1 day. She refused him service. He then went to another location and purchased the exact same thing. She is giving your company a bad name.

misrepresented their products and intentionally hide damages and blemishes by stating "factory sealed" or using stock photos. No mention of damages or blemishes on description. MUST view in person before bidding as this business cannot be trusted.

BidRL- Sac 10th Street location has sold a Bell & Howell Instaprint mobile device without testing it and placed for bidding and I won the item ($39.63) cost & it does not work, the picture is not clear it's orange or doesn't print at all. The manufacturer cannot replace an item that was not directly purchased from them so they suggest to go back to where I purchased it. When I sent the email to customer service the question came up about did I preview the item, I took pictures of the item on the site and forward them showing that it doesn't reflect that I had to preview the item like your others normally say on their website, the person replied on their email that I would get a refund when I return the item. I went up there today 2/03 to pick up items I won and asked to speak to a manger took my broken device with me to show him, and without even listening to me or looking at my pictures explaining nothing is reflecting preview he outright said NO REFUNDS and that it's posted on the Terms and Conditions about the preview but I couldn't even say anything he just kept cutting me off who pays for broken items? When I checked emails I had received one stating that I could get a refund when I returned the item so when I asked who do I return to and how do I get a receipt showing I returned item, I then received a follow up emails saying that i was earlier and that the manager said NO Refund, so now they recanted what they sent on email. We shop at these auctions because or at least I feel like I get a good deals for items that WORK! I have brought items that did not work before and have shy away from complaining and when I said something at one of the other locations they said I need to say something so I did and got shot down without hesitation.We work too hard to be buying items, like the customer before me also complaining that he paid $250 on (2pcs) of wood (which was suppose to be a bed as they posted on website he told him NO Refund as well he had no empathy.
