Please see the attached .pdf for descriptions of my interactions with Excel Landscaping and scans of all pertinent materials. My main complaints are: It was not originally clear that Excel Landscaping was a separate business from Sacramento Sprinkler Repair which was the company I first contacted for service. Additionally, the total cost seems grossly disproportionate to the service needed, equating to essentially $750 for an hour's worth of work and the cost of 5 sprinkler heads. My request for an itemized statement to include the cost of labor has not been met despite the owner's assurance.

Hello BBBIn response to the complaint of ******** that Sacramento Sprinklers Repair and Excel Landscape is a separate company.We do many types of work that campuses landscaping scope , so we have multiple web sites that fits what people are looking for the type of work needed.When calls are made, the calls are directed to Excel Landscape. If asked about the company's name we inform the clients that it's all the same company.In the attachment is the breakdown for the work performed.The cost is for the Job to be performed and completed. If it takes an hour or a day that is what is being charged. (charges are by the job not by the hour)If you have any questions, please let me know.Thank you
