Both ***** (Relocation Specialist Colonial Van & Storage, Inc.,Agent for Allied *** Lines) and ***** (Atlas ********************************* *********), agents for Allied, exceeded my expectations and made the overall experience moving across the country exceptional!!! I also would like to mention ***** who worked alongside ***** to pack my home onto the truck in **********. They were very professional and handled my belongings with remarkable care. Allied was not the lowest bid, but from the beginning I knew this company was the right choice! ***** made an immediate trip to my home and provided me with a reasonable estimate to load, carry, and unload my belongings from ********** to ********. We worked out a few of the costs and I could not have been happier with the quality of service I received. Both ***** and ***** stayed in constant contact with me, they disclosed every peice of information about my move timely and accurately. I was really impressed to find out ***** was with my belongings start to finish! There was no wondering where my belongings were or where they were, ***** stayed in close contact with me at every stage of my move. He never missed a call and his communication was impeccable! I made my choice on movers because of my first interaction with ***** and was completely blown away with how personal my moving experience was! My belongings arrived in ******** in exceptional condition and extremely timely, thanks to your team!!!

Hired H38353*343836303636H *** Lines to move us from CA to **. H38353*343836303636H subed to H3*3535333*3137333*33H. Left CA Sept *3 after van was loaded driving cross country arriving Tues Sept *7 at our new home. Was told furniture would arrive Fri. Then told due to weather it would be first of next week. Found out Tues Oct 4 it hadn't left CA. Had a guarantee it would be max * weeks but most deliveries were much less. Now we're being told delivery Oct 11. We're supposed to get a credit for each day over * weeks but had to pay in full Oct 10 then ask for credit after delivery. NEVER AGAIN. No respect for companies that can't tell one the truth and live up to their promises. We've been in an empty home with * dogs for * weeks with only the possessions we could bring in * suitcases.

Please give me the city you moved from and the salesperson who sold you this move. So far, I cannot track this shipment without more information. If you have your bill of lading number, a six digit number listed at the top of most of your documents, that would also help.I'm sorry about the problems you've had with your move, but I need more information to be able to assist you in this matter.

It was four days later than the 9/30-10/7/22 delivery period listed on the move paperwork due to the tropical storm delays caused by the hurricane. ***************** can file a delay claim with Allied *** Lines ************* Option 2) and will be reimbursed for the four days of delay in delivery.
