Phillip ********* replaced our sliding glass door foot lock this afternoon. He was incredibly professional and efficient. Additionally, his customer service was impeccable! He provided his business card should we have future issues with the lock. Thank you Philip and the Renewal by Andersen. ****** and ******* were on time, professional, knowledgeable and meticulous in performing their work of measuring our windows for replacement. They reviewed the data with me and thoroughly explained options to address a couple of issues, resolving them very favorably for us. My experience with Renewal by ******** has been positive with every step of the process. The personnel at Renewal by ******** set the bar for remodeling contractors. Renewal by ******** service tech came to my house to make an adjustment on my sliding glass door screen. ********************************* called to let me know when he would be arriving for the service. He and another service tech (I think his name was ****** but not sure) got to work right away and took care of the problem. I also asked him to tighten the lock on the sliding glass door which he gladly did. He ask if I had any other issues with any of the other windows they put in that I would like him to look at and fix or adjust. He was so pleasant and kind. He cleaned the sliding glass screen door track to make sure I wouldnt have any other problems. I am so happy with Andersens service and personnel. Especially *******. Probably my best experience working with a contractor on a home improvement job. Most courteous and professional outfit there is. ******* and his team works safely, efficiently and ensures a quality product. ****** was outstanding when it came to the measurement, explaining how it would all work, ideas for what to do with our cat. Went through everything a second time with my partner and helped us make some decisions. Even caught something that saved us $$$$.
