THEY ARE UNDER NEW OWNERSHIP. I did not know this when I went in. If you trusted them in the past, don't trust them now. I DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE GO HERE.I brought back my trailer because they had not fixed it the first time. Originally my heater would not turn on. They fixed it so the heater came on but when I went to use it on a trip it only blew ice cold air. It was 30 degrees out and I had a very cold couple nights. Got home and parked it. It was awhile before I got it back in and they are treating it as a whole new problem after they did not fix it right to begin with. Called me with an outrageous price. The "service manager" **** worked with me and agreed with a still way to high amount, but said he would talk to owner and see if they could help more. Then he called me back and said he will not "honor" (a concept they do not understand) that agreed price and wont the higher price. I said he made an oral agreement and he said, well it is not on paper. So now they have my trailer as a hostage. He also either lied or is unqualified because he said if the original paper work said to stayed on that proved it blew hot air. That is NOT TRUE. SINCERELY, HOSTAGE TO A DISHONEST PREDITARY BUSINESSBusiness response
