******* called to set up appointment for air duct cleaning early November. Appointment was November 13. The falsely advertised cleaning for $89 for 7 vents then turned in to a $400 charge to clean vents, including dryer vent and furnace cleaning. I agreed to these charges. Our laundry room is outside of the house. I showed them the laundry room so they could get to the dryer and it's vent. The dryer door was intact at this time. The next day, I went to the laundry room and found the dryer door broken. Nobody else had been in that room. I called the company to let them know this happened and sent them requested pictures. They sent out the same tech who broke it the next day to evaluate. He says he didn't remember breaking it (of course he didn't) but he would look into a fix and get back to me in a week. I never received a call back. I've since called this company 4 separate times and they tell me each time that somebody will call me back with an answer on how they will fix the broken door and I never receive a call back. They are not taking responsibility for something they clearly broke. It's been over two months and I cannot get a response from the company. This is poor customer service.Initial Complaint

I received at least one cold call from this company today and they report they are using public records to find customers which by definition is cold calling. *** was the sales person that called me and asked me to call back and use his name so he can receive a commission for this sale. I am on the National DO NOT CALL LIST. Is this legal?Business response

They keep harassing me with unsolicited phone calls sometimes 2 to 3X per day.Business response

i spoke to **** today and asked i him to provide me with the name of the employee that called him and the number he called from ... he said that he is not answering and not really talking to anyone so he can't provide me with a name.
so asked how u know ************ called u then he couldn't really answer my question.
he did say that he is a costumer of mien and did use my services two years ago i explained we may be called him once just remined him a service is due but no more then that .(not more then once )
i assured him it wasn't us that are calling him and to please remove the complaint Wich i hope he will ...
DEAR BBB please consider removing this complaint Wich id not accurate and have nothing to do with my company

I called pureairsd and on Friday 9/2/2022 two technicians came to do the airvent cleaning. As soon as they came, they pitched me about a deep cleaning service of the furnace. Price was $375 but it can be slashed to $200 if I avail. I was quoted $404.$89 for 7 vents, $40 for additional vent, $75 for the intake vent and $200 for the furnace. The technician that was deep cleaning my vent ended up disconnecting one of the wires, thermostat would not turn on and the ** stopped working. Technician also broke the door k*** to the furnace. The technician and the company promised the ** will be fixed the same day but they left me without an ** and a broken k*** and this was during the hottest day of summer 2022 where temperatures were reaching 100+ degrees. We have a baby and an elderly couple in the house. My baby ended up with rashes on her face due to the heat, I ended up with a migraine headache due to the heat and my elderly in laws had to take their ** medications and constantly monitor their ** due to the heat. We were a mess without an ac for 2 days.As it is a holiday weekend, it was very hard to get a hold of an emergency hvac technician. Luckily i found someone local willing to take a look at the ac. He found that the common wire connected to the condenser was not in the wrong spot. The company did not do their due diligence with their work. We did not have a working ** when the technicians left our property. We also had a broken door k*** They promised they will fix the ** the same day but we were left without an ** for 2 days! We ended up having health issues and heat side effects because of their negligence. The two technicians left and they said they will come back but they never did. When the technicians left, I was not charged. Now, ****, a rep from pureair is asking for me to settle and pay the company.attaching pictures of the hvac invoice, picture of my baby with rashes, and how the wires/thermostat looked to show ac was not working.Business response

Two technicians spent over 3 hours in your home preformed a full system cleaning
when they finished the service you asked them to move to your next house for cleaning
then Decided you are not going to do the second home which is ok When u have been asked pay for the cleaning of the first house U refused to pay and sent them on there way .**** the office manager called your To address the issue Then you stated that you want to call a different Company to fix the issue even though youve been offered do I have a Tecnitian back the same day by us .
The bill for the Ac Guy was les then 100 $ and the bill for the cleaning was over 300 .
Since then I personally Called you more then 10 times To discuss the issue and There was no answer .
The purpose of the call was not to try and collect Was simply to offer a solution
