I purchased a vehicle wrap and window tint for my vehicle from Empire Auto Styling. The installation was not performed correctly and several portions of the vehicle wrap and tint are peeling. I had to drive to San Diego back and forth several times. Each way was 2hrs plus to try and fix. The merchant would not provide me with a receipt for the services. According to them due to "still trying to set up their systems". They stopped communicating with me after I attempted several ***** to schedule a date to repair the issues. I have no communication with the business at this time and I am seeking a reimbursement to be able to re wrap the vehicle. I have already paid to re tint the vehicle out of my pocket. I did drive back several times trying to fix the issue with no resolution. The person I worked with was the owner *****************. I first gave a deposit of $1800. I paid $260 for a windshield replacement in December 2021 (Christmas gift for my son), but the business continues to avoid my calls and text messages to complete the work paid for.
