      Entered into a contract with Lowe's, quote #*********, in August 2023 to install 9 windows and 2 sliding doors. We paid for the product and labor a sum of $18,725.81 in advance. Installation was to be completed by November 3, 2023. Lowe's has not completed the job to this date. Lowe's has repeatedly ordered and sent defective and incorrect parts and there's no information on when the correct parts will be available. They have damaged the house and trim, left doors and windows in unsafe manner- leaking and without locking mechanism and caused my family stress and hardship. Even the windows and door they've installed so far have problems- broken, leaky, incorrect size, etc. There are still windows sitting in our living room which were delivered in October of 2023 that have not been installed yet. The installation department has scheduled FIVE different dates and has stood us up- never showed up to do any work. On several occasions, they'd come and say we don't have the correct parts to do any work and left the house without any work done. We have asked them to complete the job and let us know when they will do that; they don't even bother responding to us any more. The installer blames Lowe's, the salesperson blames the installers and different level managers point fingers at each other! We are sick and tired of Lowe's giving us excuses and leaving us in an unsafe environment. We will be hiring another contractor to do the job that was supposed to be done back in November 2023. We do not trust Lowes' with the project nor do we want them to come to our house any more. We want our money back so we can pay someone else to do the job.       My husband and I purchased 3 appliances at Lowes 12/4/22 and paid for a 3 year warranty on each. We have been getting the run around TWICE this year trying to get the appliances repaired. These are Maytag washer dryer and dishwasher. BRAND NEW I called for service for the washer and dryer and set appointment for today Monday 5/6/2024 for 8am -12 At 1100 am I called the service center at Lowes to get an ETA of when the repair person was going to arrive...it's already 1100!After many questions, asked twice, or more by a Lowes Representative, she gave me the phone number to the appliance repair people that Lowes had scheduled today. I conferenced called, keeping the Lowes Representative on the line as I called the appliance repair number she gave me. The appliance repair person that answered said they didn't have an appointment with us today. And I took a day off work for NOTHING! That is the second time Lowes has done that
