Hello, I called MedMen yesterday to ask if they had any sales for Black Friday, the worker told me that all wylld gummies are 25% off so I ordered 10 of them. When MedMen worker brought my product to me and gave me the receipt I asked if I got the deal, he said yes. I was confused because I did not see the discount on my receipt, I spent around $300 cash. So I called to speak with the manager she was quite *************** to me and saying I got the discount, it wont show on your receipt. I feel that I was cheated and why wouldnt the discount be on the receipt ? I am also handicapped and also did not receive the handicap discount which they always give me. But when I called again today the same rude manager spoke with me in a very rude and condescending tone and VERY unprofessional!!!Ive been buying from them every week for at least 2 years, so that kind of behavior is unbelievable and unacceptable!! They have a lot of money from me, Im a regular there. Anyway the receipt did not show me any discounts, the manager explained to me that yes I got the discount but it wont be on the receipt , so how do I know if its not on the receipt, according to my math with the 25% I feel I was ripped off. And they wont give you the handicapped if they have another discount going on. But shouldnt I always get the handicapped discount as a honest regular customer? I feel that I am being discriminated against because of my disability, I advise people to get their cannabis, CBD some where else.Thank you,*****
