We have made a deposit for my daughter to do a program, then COVID started and they put it on hold. After two years programs are running again. However, my daughter is not interested in the program anymore. Requested a refund. Was told they do not refund those deposits. How is it our fault we were not able to do it? I have escalated your request to our Executive Team who has agreed to your request to be refunded at this time. We are able to offer you a refund of your remaining credit. They terminated my contract almost halfway through the course. I was late to the class by about 25 minutes, due to an accident, and I stayed an hour after the class to help students. It was late about 6 minutes to the class and made that up by helping students longer. They didn't support me with educational equipment and engineering laptops for students. I mostly taught engineering courses without a projector which is impossible but I did my best. I have already spent a huge amount of time recording the lectures and sharing them with students just because they fail to equip your class with a projector. The class has been interrupted several times by technicians to fix the problem. To serve students and respect their time, I recorded those video lectures so they don't fall behind because of their mismanagement. They also told us to participate in the excursion without specifying the exact time and location. The following is the only thing about it in the contract:Required afternoon excursion/speaker on Wednesday afternoons No time and no location were specified!!!! So, It was assumed the speaker event to be on campus until I received an email from the administrative manager very late. I had to leave my other class early to attend their excursion. The instructor did not adequately fulfill his contract. We terminated his contract early, but paid him for the full contract. His payment was issued on August 4th, 2022.
