May 9, 2023 Was quoted $254 but was charged $354. They have a $99 service charge that they don't have the techs include in the quote so you pay $100 more unknowingly.They have you sign the work authorization after the work is done.Bait and switchBusiness response

After some research, we confirmed through a recorded call, the *** clearly explained the $99 service call fee plus the cost of installed parts before booking the service. ************** went on to replace a broken spring and lube and tune with a 19% discount. Our tech provided an estimate of $438 and offered a discounted price of $354 to complete the job. The $83 discount was credited to the invoice and was signed for approval. We do not appreciate the false information and offensive language that was used when speaking with our office staff.
