I ordered a product off this companys SneekPeek website. I spent extra money to have it expedited. The item is called Snap at home test kit. Fast Track I have typed my information over and over again on their website to activate my kit. It will not work and I cannot call a number to get in contact with them. I have to wait for a response from support which Ive read they dont respond too. I will not longer be able to get my test results as quick as I wanted due to having to wait for them to respond. I want refund on at least the fast track result's. If they do not respond to me especially soon I want entire refund and they can have the package back. When I went to contact them the first time it also failed to send due to to large of a fileInitial Complaint

I was excited to try out the SneakPeek product for my first child. I figured it was risk free since they advertise getting your money back if the results are inaccurate. My results were, in fact, inaccurate. I submitted the form on the website with the required information and never heard back. I then submitted the form again a month later, still with no response. I eventually completed another "contact us" form requesting a response based on a question. STILL no response. Over 4 months had passed and I began messaging them on their socials just trying to get SOMEONE to respond. Here I am, still waiting to have this resolved.
