On 3/5/21 we placed a order to have 200 Star BM magazines to be produced by Triple K MFG.On 5/10/21 we received in the 200 magazines produced by Triple K MFG.On 8/24/22 we finally had finished testing of the magazines sent to us to find out that all of them were defective. The followers and magazine bodies for sure had issues/were not produced to spec to function properly.Sent email on 8/24/22 to MFG about issue and received a response back from "Customer Support" telling us "We are terrible sorry to hear this. Please send them back to us, we will be glad to replace the springs for you."Well the springs where not the issue at all. But we figured they knew what it was about as they told us to send them back. And that they would reach out to us if they had any further questions. The original message we sent them was "This is ****** from *********************. We had placed an order with you in May of 2021 for 200 Star BM magazines. We are finally getting around to using them and have realized all of the followers were bent incorrectly and lock the slide back when there is one round left in them."By all rational thinking they are doing warranty repair and would contact us if there was issues, we needed these products back.Then on 10/13/22 our accounting department realized that we for some reason got a partial refund from Triple K that they asked us about. We found that that instead of Triple K honoring/repairing the magazines they sent a refund so we asked about it.They stated "Unfortunately, that restocking fee was charged because all of these magazines were functioning perfectly. We tested them and had no issue with any of the mags you returned.The other reason why you got charged with a restocking fee is because it took you over a year to mail them back."We never asked for or wanted a refund, we want our mags fixed and returned. Refund was not complete either.
