Paid over 30k to have our debt consolidated. We had monthly phone calls and thought that our debt was being handled. We made our last payment and have been ghosted ever since. This was over 2 years ago and we are now having restart the process over again. I highly recommend that you do your due diligence on this company before initiating a debt consolidation program. CMS may be a reputable organization but I am extremely disappointed in the service they provided us. We have tried over 18 months to find out where and to whom our money was dispersed to, we finally gave up and moved on. I hope that no one else has the same results as we have. A word of advice, do your research and be careful. I wish we would ave.Review from Bob B

They basically take your money to stonewall, put off and run the, statute of limitations, clock out on your creditors untill they either give up or take you to court, in essence calling their Bluff, at which time CMS does the same thing to you, their paid in full, still under contract, customer. Ignoring your calls, messages and attempts to get them to respond or do what you were told they would do. They are total bs artists and snake oil salesmen. BEWARE.

Spoke to ****************, reexplained the program and he understands how everything works. We had never received messages or calls from him, so we made sure he has all of our contact information correct. Id recommend every business owner gives Centralized Management Services a try. They offer a variety of services that are all aimed at making life easier for owners. They were doing great at the beginning but suddenly no responses at all. Ive uploaded new collection letters (sold from old ones) and no responses from the company. *** left numerous phone numbers to the only number that works but its always going to voicemails. Nobody ever answers. *** sent numerous messages on their website through my account as well. The activity always shows ********** replied within 24 hours but I have no missed calls, no voicemails or emails. If they are not in business anymore then they need to state that.Centralized Management Services Response

We have reviewed **************** concerns and are unsure what happened, as we did not have any messages or missed calls from her. We have spoken with her this week and answered all of her questions and also confirmed she has all of our contact information correct for the future.Customer Response

I was absolutely contacted by someone from CMS. They were not received messages from the voicemail left on the customers service number listed on their website. I now I have a direct number and was instructed to use the contact a supervisor button if I get no response. Thank you **** for getting back to me!Review from Tina M

*** worked with a few management services before settling on Centralized Management Services. What I like most about them are the detailed updates they provide. The customer service at ******************** is top-notch. They answer all questions, provide detailed updates, and help with accurate predictions on when a project might be done. Instead of getting the runaround on tough questions, they are right there to answer everything a person might have on their mind. The setup for Centralized Management Services is very efficient overall. I was able to talk to an expert during my consultation and explained everything that I wanted to be done and in what time frame. I cant say enough great things about Centralized Management Services. They take the time early on to get to know the businesses that they work with to find the right solutions. They also have team members working throughout the day to get things resolved quickly.
