      I paid $155.79 on May 18, 2024 for a liqueur purchase. I received an email confirmation . I have called, emailed and texted and have received no response. They do not answer their phone. There is no tracking or shipping confirmation. I have looked up complaints on BBB and found similar complaints. I want a full refund. Thank you!

      On 3/19/24, I purchased two bottles of alcohol for a total price of $252.88. My credit card was billed and I received a confirmation email for order #***** saying the order was ready to be shipped. It has been three weeks and I have made multiple attempts via phone, voicemail, and message with no response. I would like the shipment or a refund.

      I purchased a bottle of tequila to be sent to my friend for his birthday. I paid for it to be Fed Ex'd on 3/13/2024 to arrive next day. Today is 3/15/2024 and the package did not arrive. I emailed, texted and called to try and obtain a tracking number, but have received no call or correspondence.       I ordered a box of ********************* Liquor filled chocolate bottles (64 bottles to a box) and paid $67.93 (includes shipping) on January 4, ****, and paid for it in full and it was charged to my card. I have not received it and nor have they responded to my emails about the product as to when it will be shipped or anything else. I believe i have been ripped off and this company after reading other complaints may be phony.

      I ordered a bottle of highland park magnus for $39.99 plus $22.59 for shipping, for a total of $62.58, on August 2nd, 2023, It was for a birthday gift. The order still says awaiting fulfillment. I've called and left a voice mail, I've contacted them on face book, and I've left messages on their website. I had one person respond to me and tell me that my order would be shipped on August 22nd. Here it is, September 6th, my order still says awaiting fulfillment and I cannot get in touch with anybody, much less get a response.

      I put in an order with ***************************** December 7, 22, for three items for a total of $139, including the shipping. I received an email saying they received my order and gave me a confirmation #****. Also my order would ship in 3-5 days and I would receive an email confirmation upon shipping. It is now December 30, 22. I have contacted this company three times by customer service e-mail, and tried calling them but only got a recording and I placed a message they needed to call me back. I have never heard from them since taking my money and shipping nothing. Quite frankly, Ive been searching reviews online for Suds and Spirits and find fraud regarding that company all over the place and to many BBB s and no action has taken place to protect the public. Isnt anyone doing their jobs anymore?

      I placed two online orders (order#s **** and **** for $43.35 and $39.06) at sudsandspirits.com on 14 January 2022. I immediately received email confirmation of my orders and the payments were taken from my accounts. Since then, I've received no updates and the products were not shipped nor received. Multiple follow-*** (via text, phone and email - the latest fol up sent 5 Feb - have yielded NO RESPONSE and NO PRODUCT. Request BBB assistance in getting a refund. Thank you.

      This is **** ********. My husband and I placed an order with Suds and Spirits. The order is #****. We ordered 6 half gallons of Sailor Jerry Spiced Rum, totaling $137.87. This has been deducted from our checking account. The order was placed Nov. 25th, 2021. The last update was Nov. 25th, 2021 with a confirmation receipt. Friday December 02, 2021 was the 6th business day since our order. I texted this company's phone #, and emailed them. The following text is all we have recieved from them. "Hey ****, We apologize for the delay. Your order should ship out today by the end of the day. If there are any issues I will give you an update. Cheers, Derek" We still have not received any updates or tracking # from Suds and Spirits as of today December 04, 2021. Thank you **** ********
