Hi, we are TN residents but currently in ** for my husbands active duty military service. We had a mailbox at ******* (franchise of Annex) in ********** on *********. I would call the store every couple months and pay to have our mail sent out. I last did this January 13. When I called a couple weeks ago, I got the message the number was no longer in service. I called the other Memphis PakMail location who informed me the ********* location was out of business, and gave me the Annex corporate number to call for additional information. I spoke with ******************* at Annex, who let me know she didnt know the exact date the location closed, that they found out because they were contacted by a customer. I asked her how I go about getting all of my mail that was at the location. She stated I needed to call the local post office and they generally hold for 10 days, and she provided me the owners name and email so I may file a complaint. In an email to me and the owner, she asked the owner to contact me. I replied all asking him the same. At that time she stated she had not had contact with the owner. I have not received any replies from him. So not only did he close his location while in possession of an unknown amount of my mail (including tax documents and car registrations) Im also unable to forward from there because theyre an idientified business location with ***** Im puzzled how Annex is offering no support in this matter, when this is their franchise (regardless of each being independently owned and operated.) Needless to say, Im even more astonished when this issue is regarding personal mail, and no surprise a federal offense to tamper with such. Also I paid for the mailbox for one year beginning last July. I would like a refund for the box, and all personal mail to be retrieved and appropriately forwarded from this date of resolution.

The shop did not disclose cost of stamps purchased. After purchase was processed the transaction should have been reversed. I was given a return receipt stating the amount to be refunded, but the business never processed the refund. Despite multiple phone calls and email, and promises that that would process the refund they never did. They make the customer believe charges are being reversed but in practice never do so.

I had a package shipped from the Aim ******* ** location with *** to ******* **. The package was supposed to arrive May 8th. It did not arrive. When speaking with the third party insurance - Annex Brands in ********* I was told that since the package wasn't inventoried PRIOR to shipping that they determine what was in the package. I did insure this package for $5000 but because they said there was deprecation on the only part I was allowed to claim at the time of shipment they are only giving me $4000. In their latest email I am being told that I didn't not submit documents which I have several times. I have also been told by their claims person that she can cancel the offer at any time. I have tried talking to her supervisor but she has told the receptionist that I am only allowed to speak to her. So, I guess in the future if you ship something do not seal the package until the shipper inventories the contents and gives you a written signed statement saying what we in the package. Also, account for depreciation. I have asked what if it was a sentimental item??? how can they put a price on that? TO me if you insure a package for $5000 you should get $5000. I will be out money as all the items in the package have went ** in cost......

I am reaching out as a last resort after speaking with multiple members of the Navice and Annex brand today. I purchased a sofa set back in March that was delivered from ***** to ** this past month. I had wonderful experiences with the Navice location in MI, particularly with **** who referred me over to the ** ******** location when I asked if he could handle the shipment from a furniture warehouse to MI. I spoke with ******************************* (under ***************************) who asked me the following questions (attached) regarding shipment info and value for the quote. I sent the invoice attached (also attached within email) to show the declared value and details of approxomitely $20,00****0. Somehow this information was disregarded and the value was noted at **** and we were not asked if we would like to insure the shipment which I would have gladly obliged especially for how long we waited and at this cost! I spoke with FRC freight today who also told me she could see that the "Do not stack" box was unchecked by Navis which was an option at no cost at all. I personally was not asked this by Navice - but as a "pack" and ship company who evaluated my items and could see "fragile" stickers, one would think this would be a must. I was told our shipment would need 3-5 days to be packed and additional 5-7 to be shipped. I can see and was told that our shipment was not packed outside of what the manufacturer shipped in (which was fine so long as the fragile signs were acknowledged. I am not sure if the 3rd party Navice used for shipping YRC damaged when they picked up from Navice or if Navice damaged when they picked up from the ** warehouse as ***** will not send me any photos. It appears that an extremely heavy item was placed on top of the box which crushed through and damaged one of the sofa sets. The MI location notified me of this and were very helpful however I had to deal with ** Navice. ************************ was immediately defensive and did not once apologize for the damage.

Renter ID #****** These low lifes charged me 20$ for storing two letters for two months at $0.50 a day. These worthless scum didn't let me know that they were charging me. When I finally logged in to check I found that I have been charged an insane amount of money for storing two letters the size of a piece of paper. I demand to be refunded for these fraudulent charges.
