I purchased two separate packages for laser hair removal. I paid in advanced for each individual session, and used three out of 6 sessions. I became displeased with the customer service at this establishment, and requested to get a refund for my remaining sessions I have not used. I was told by the office manager *****, who stated that per ***********, the business owner, I cannot get my money back on the unused service I prepaid for, even if I am unhappy with the customer service. My question issince I will not use this business and services anymore, and the business has my money that I paid in advance; where does my money goin his pocket when there is no service rendered?Business response

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me. I will wait for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved.
