According to our records, a reimbursement for the damages was issued in November of 2022. The check with the agreed reimbursement amount was mailed to the address on file.Initial Complaint

May 5th this year, I decided on Dominant Moving to assist me with my move across town from *******************, to ******************************. In *********. It was suggested I **** each box with location to be moved to "Bedroom 1" Bedroom 2 ect., most of the boxes were left in wrong areas. Some of my good bedroom funiture had scratches across the entire tops, my Dining room table had a leg split in two and collapsed the day after they were finished ( they took legs off and put them back on) My Stainless Steel refrigerator slipped off their dolly and the dolly creased the entire bottom of refrigerator front. Then they took one of my personal dollies! I called and spoke with **** to inform him several times both as per the refrigerator damage, which they all knew about, and my dolly. I didnt notice the other damage until I was unpacking.Its been a month now with no response from anyoneBusiness response

The reimbursement for damages was agreed with customer *************************. A check will be issued and mailed to customer by the end of February 2024.Customer response

As per stated by Dominent moving, "We will send a check for damages by the end of February". On March 5th or near that date, I sent another email asking why no check had been received or even sent. Reply was Money is tight right now. Well my Refrigerator and dining table are still damaged and ruined. BBB,Please re-open this case.
