In April 2022 i purchased tickets to the Dr ********************** Experience in ******. I purchased them for July 27th. I then purchased plane tickets for my daughter and I to fly into ****** and meet up with a friend and her 3 kids that live in ****************. After the event we would all go back to ****************. On May 26th I received an email saying that the event was not happening on 7/27 and that tickets were sold to me by mistake. I replied numerous times and didn't get any response back until June 9th. I had to file a complaint with my credit card company in order to get there attention to respond. I then purchased new tickets for 7/28 but my friend didn't want to drive to ****** on **** and then again on 7/28 with gas prices so I had to purchased a shuttle for $80. I asked for that to be reimbursed to me and was told "no" this mistake was NOT my fault. Had I known that 7/27 wasn't an option I would have flown to **************** not ****** but now I can't change my plane ticket!
