      I order a medication, Qsymia (prescription number H4424711), though this online pharmacy. It is the only way I can get it. I placed my order on January 31st and I paid for expedited processing/shipping. On February 2nd, I received a message that the medication was on the way via *** with the tracking number (1Z20AF890207464820). From February 2nd - February 6th, no information on the shipment was available. I called Medvantx Monday, February 6th to try to get a resolution. The representative, **** (I believe) told me he had no idea what was going on. He could not get ahold of any supervisors. He told me he would make a note and open an investigation. In the meantime, though, I am without my medication. I called back on Tuesday, February 7th. **** answered the call and said the same thing. I asked to speak with a supervisor. ******* (supervisor) told me they had to wait 10 days after the day it was shipped. I asked to have a new bottle sent to me. She said no. I clarified that because of their mistake, I have to go over two weeks without my medication? She said, "unfortunately, yes."This is completely unfair to me. It is dangerous to stop this medication so abruptly and I should not have to deal with these side effects due to their negligence. I am seeking to be sent another bottle via overnight shipping, and a refund on the money I spent to have the first bottle processed and sent within two days.

      A medication was mailed after two months of having the prescription resent repeatedly and was lost by ***** Now the company is requiring me to start the whole process over and when I asked for a refund so I could go elsewhere I was told they "never give refunds " which is the opposite I had been told twice before when I asked what my options were if the medication never was delivered. I waited 11 business days for the package that never arrived.

      I had several issues with this company filling a prescription. I first called on 5/6/22 because my doctor had said she sent in the script but it was not showing online. After talking to 2 reps they found my profile but said script wasn't there and to wait another few days. I called the first of the following week and said the script could not be electronically signed and had to be resent. I called my doc who sent over new script. I called again at end of week and s/w sup. ****** who couldn't find script but would keep an eye out. I looked online and saw the prescription and went to order it but then it was for 90 days not 30 days. I called on 5/16 and cancelled the order with a lead ******. On 5/31 I saw an unapproved charge for $117.95 for Medvantx. I called and s/w ****** again (after 3 transfers) who stated a new order was processed on 5/25. I informed her it was not me and it was processed illegally. She said she contacted her acctg **** who stated they couldn't do anything because it was done online. I told her they have a breech then because I didn't order anything online. She then told me to dispute the charge because she couldn't help. I asked for a director or someone who could help look into 1) charges on my card and 2) who is processing orders without permission for controlled substances. She said they'd have to call me back. They never called. I called on 6/1 and was told by a Qsymia rep that they couldn't delete my profile or credit card information because there was "an investigation" on my account. I told her nobody informed me or called me back and is processing my card without my permission which is illegal. She said she couldn't do anything. I called my bank and reported it as fraud and cancelled my card.
