The bag a had defect in the faux leather. I reached out to the company several times via email and online inquiry firm on the website but they never responded. According to the website I am entitled to a warranty up to a year from purchase. They never replied to any of my messages. Vessel does not honor their warranty as stated in their website nor have the provided any explanation.Initial Complaint

I bought a product from this company which is incomplete/missing an item, and they're telling me the add'l item isn't included with the purchase, when it is very clearly listed on their website that it is included. Please see attachments.Initial Complaint

Ordered a product on 3/10/2022 and have not received it yet. I've been trying to contact them through every available outlet to only be stonewalled or met by an automated response. They keep telling me an agent will reach out to me but nothing. When I email customer service they send me an automated response saying my order shipped out on the 10th and provide a tracking number. The tracking number shows that the label was created but never shipped out ***** confirmed this. order #******
