      These people have done nothing but mess up orders for me and my clients. Now they want me to pay money to revive what i have already paid for.. DONT USE THEM The bars are old and rock hard the supplements have been expired or not useable. Things break in their cheapo packaging. I cant say anything positive about them and Ive given them more than enuff time and chances to make it right. Total s*** hole.

      Great company, great customer service. Yes, sometimes the product is rancid, thats a risk you take buying expired stuff at a steep discount. The customer service team has always been understanding though. Love the deals Ive gotten!

      Thank you for the feedback! Our goal is to deliver unmatched value in supplements. Yes, some items can be near or past the "Best Before" dates which we clearly post on the website. Those products are tested by both the Supplier and by us to ensure the taste and performance is comparable to new. In most cases products don't deteriorate in any way until many months later. The Brand's reputation as well as our's is on the line, so we take quality very seriously. In rare cases if a customer's particular product is bad or their experience doesn't match what we tested, we'll make it right!

      Rancid bars. I ordered 2 x from this company. Last year the protein bars that I received were hard as a rock, I was then refunded. This time I ordered 4 boxes of BSN protein bars and they are so RANCID!!!! They do not answer the phone and I have not received any return emails> I have sent 2. I called BSN to ask how this could have happened. They said improper storage. Obviously the items are not monitored or tested before delivery.

      Ordered Quest Protein Bars and arrived 8 months expired - smelled very bad and looks disgusting. Be very careful ordering from this company, do not order anything that you eat or ingest. I would advise shopping elsewhere.

      We are all about getting our hands on insane deals, and then passing them on to our customers. Sometimes that means products can be Short Dated or even Past Dated, but that doesnt necessarily mean they are any worse! Most supplements do not change in efficacy, flavor, or texture until many months past the Best Before date. To be sure, our team continually tests the products to ensure what we are selling provides value that far exceeds anyone else.That being said, the quality of product you received clearly did not reflect of the samples we had tested ourselves.       I received the order in 2 days, cannot complain on that.The prices are the best I have ever found. Never have I found Quest bars for $9.99 per dozen. The website clearly shows the items are past dated. For those, not a problem, a little chewy, but the flavor was outstanding. I did not give 5 stars because a couple of the items tasted kinda stale. I recognized that some of the product would be out of date, but that is usually not a problem, since most product is good long after the Best By Date. I would recommend ordering from Supplement Hunt, but do not order A LOT of any one item, until you have tried the item. Try out several items, decide which ones you really like, then reorder those.

      I did not have any issue with shipping as many of these other people have--my product came when expected. However, the product I ordered (CTD Isolicious) is absolutely disgusting, an extremely horrible tasting protein powder with a terrible metallic and chemical flavor and aftertaste. I had researched reviews prior to ordering and found very mixed reviews, with almost all being 5 stars but looking fake and the rest being scathing 1 star reviews. So I went to the website to leave my review to warn off the next potential customer, and rated the product 1 star. About 5 minutes later I checked the page again and my review had been deleted. NOW I know why this product had zero reviews--Supplement Hunt deletes the bad reviews so people keep buying the product. This is an extremely shady practice and I no longer trust this company at all.On another note, their return policy is built to keep people from returning things, and refunds are not offered unless the product is sent back in perfect, unopened condition--but why would you ever do that?? You would only know if you hated and wanted to return the product after you've tried it.Overall an untrustworthy business with shady practices.

      All CTD Isolicious Cinnamon Protein boxes were disposed of thanks to valuable feedback from yourself and several others, and all customers who contacted us regarding unusable product were refunded. We sincerely apologize for this highly unusual circumstance.Please note there was no attempt to conceal reviews. On the contrary we relied on this public feedback and took action as a result. Prior to determining any quality issue, we simply stopped selling them as a 2 Pack (which had mixed reviews), and instead sold them as singles which are 2 unique web pages. As we sold more units, poor reviews became abundant on the single page, which can still be viewed today. Because of this, we performed multiple internal tests with inconsistent results, as well as sending samples back to the manufacturer. This prompted the suspension and ultimate disposal of the product.We are a small but growing business, and under no circumstance do we wish to burn bridges with our customers. We encourage anyone to contact Support if they experience any issue with their order so that we can make it right.

      Placed an online order July 2nd. It is now July 17th and I have still not received the order. It is also not out for delivery. They used the absolute worst economy shipping possible. Expect to wait up to 3 weeks for anything from being delivered from this company.

      In very rare instances, ***** packages may experience a delay while in transit. This is can happen for a few reasons extreme weather, a damaged label, or being misdirected in one of their facilities. In most cases the delay is temporary and is resolved within a few days. In this case your package arrived on the 19th, the day after you contacted SupplementHunt Support. Still, a 2 week delivery is very frustrating and extremely abnormal. Thankfully we see that your next order travelled uninterrupted in 4 business days which is more typical for ** to MA.We encourage customers to contact us directly in the unlikely event that a package stalls so that we can follow up with ***** for a resolution, or replace the package if needed.

      The lot information on the product I ordered and received in April 2022 says it was made in 12/2020 and expires 12/2022. I was not aware that I was purchasing OLD product for a discounted price. Their customer service is basically nonexistent, no one answers the phone and yes, I have checked my email spam, and the FAQs on their website are useless. Buyer beware!

      We post all Best Before dates on all the website, so that customers can make a purchase choice that is best for them. We can also appreciate however that new customers may overlook the dating.As you pointed out, the ***************** product still had 8 months left of dating. Most products are unaffected well beyond the printed date, and we test them ourselves to be sure. In this case, 8 months should be sufficient time to consume a 60day supply for most people, even for those who are not consuming it right away or those who are most concerned with finishing it before the date that is suggested by the manufacturer.I extend our sincere apologies for the miscommunication and not being available at the time(s) you phoned. A follow-up email was sent by our team to confirm delivery and inquire if there were any issues we could assist with, but we did not hear back. That being said, our policy is to return a call WITH a call, so if that was not done then Support dropped the ball this time and we will use this feedback to improve our service going forward.

      Supplement Hunts customer service is awful. Tracking on my order says it was delivered but I never received my package. Not only was I home at the time of delivery but I have a ring camera and ***** didnt even come to my house. I tried reaching out to supplement hunt two times via email and got nothing back till a went on their site and gave negative feedback to which then I finally got an email back to the feeback. They stated they never received my emails so I had to explain the situation again. Low and behold I have still yet to get an email back again. I tried filing a claim with ***** but unfortunately I cant because for some reason only the seller can. Unfortunately Ill probably have to resort to calling my bank and filing a chargeback since I never received my order and it doesnt seem like Supplement Hunt will help me.
