I ordered and paid for 4 Velgen VF9 wheels for a total of $2,343.41 on November 1, 2022. After multiple attempts to get status of my order, I received an email from unleashed wheels on November 8th with a tracing number. The estimated delivery date was November 16th. When attempting to track the shipment, I would only see that a label been created, and was still awaiting collection by the carrier. When the wheels did not arrive on November 16th, I investigated further and found contact information of the manufacturer, Velgen Wheels, located in *******, ***. I spoke to ***** and *****, the owners of Velgen Wheels. They had been awaiting my call. They explained that unleashed wheels sent them the order on November 8th, but still had not made payment for them. Their payment method was declined multiple times and days. In the meantime, my phone calls and emails to unleashed wheels go unanswered. I have filed complaints with ********** and the payment vehicle called Klarna. The owners of Velgen Wheels explained to me that this was not the first time it has happened to a customer of **********************. On November 17th, somebody from unleashed wheels called me and assured me he would process a refund the same day. I have yet to hear back from them or receive a refund. These guys are crooks. Please help me.
