On Sept. 21, 2023, I purchased an Unlimited Use membership; however, I was not informed that I must prebook classes weeks in advance, get wait listed and if I can't keep my appointment, I must pay a No Show/Cancellation fee of $12-$15, even I I was bumped up from a waitlist at the last minute. I have reached out to the club to request a refund for Breach of Contract and False Advertising. I explained to them that the pre-scheduling of workout appointments is too stressful for me, triggering/causing migraines as being bumped off the waiting list could occur anywhere from 2 hours to 30 minutes prior to the class and still being held accountable for the cancellation fee per class if I can't accept. The club manager stated she could not refund the membership or any portion of it. I have tried reaching out to their Headquarters, but all they have is an answering machine directing clients back to their respective franchise clubs. The club has failed to deliver on its Unlimited Use and continues to advertise/recruit membership as such.
