I went to worthy armory for his services. I wanted to get my firearm fixed because it had an issue with a ejection as well as zeroing my red dot and I also purchased some g19 internals and CJ (the owner of the store) never did any of those things. He gave me back my pistol with the same problems. The sight was still the same. And that day I went to pick up my pistol I asked if he had ordered the internals for my g19 and he said he ordered the wrong ones and that he's just waiting for the correct one to come and that he will call me when they come in. A gave him a month to get back at me because I remember him saying he's been really busy and I've tried reaching out to him to his business number that's on the website; and it was disconnected, I direct messaged him via ********* and it said he read my message and he ignored it. I don't know how do to get my money back and there's no one at the shop I can't get in touch with him. So please if you guys can help me out with this problem would be greatly appreciated. I was referred to this gunsmith shop by my local Gun Shop Gun World out of Burbank to repair my fathers *** Caliber Long Rifle. I called and made an appointment for Monday April 18th, 2022. When I showed up ** *** the owner was very welcoming. Said that he could repair the jam issue. He took my drivers license information but could not provide me with a receipt of delivering the gun due to a "printer" issue, that he would email me the receipt and follow up with me on the status of the repair. I asked for an estimated repair time he suggested no more than a month that he would be in contact. I have been emailing him, calling him at all hours of the day, different days of the week from different numbers with no response. I have even gone to the extent to message him on his business social media platforms and have not received a response on their as well. I have visited his office on multiple occasions during what are listed as "normal business operating hours", only to come across the business constantly closed and no one in sight. I am now beginning to get concerned about never retrieving my fathers rifle. I simply want my property back including the gun case as it was delivered. Do not mail it back as it can get lost in the mail. Normally I would read reviews on Yelp about businesses and determine whether I want to pursue business with certain companies or not. However, this time I did not but because my local gun shop referred this business. It's really unfortunate I didn't review this business prior to visiting them because there are several Yelp reviews and notes at his current business address of people trying to retrieve their property. Please call me back as soon as possible. So that I can come retrieve my property. A response would be greatly appreciated.
