I was sent to CARSTAR Chilton by *** and boy do I regret it. The bottom line is this: I was returned a car that was unsafe, with sloppy work and missing ************* soon as I drove away, I realized there were new warning lights on my dashboard that had not been there before. In fact, there were no dash lights on at all when I brought my car in for body work. However, after picking it up, I was immediately greeted with multiple warning lights, including a disturbing read-out that says, SRS Airbag System Malfunction. Visit Your Dealer. I went in for a back bumper repair, and there is absolutely no reason I should now be dealing with mechanical and airbag ********* make matters worse, a piece of the car is now missing in front of the gear shift - a part of the cup holder/organizer is just gone. This is not just inconvenient but also potentially dangerous. I almost had my coffee topple over completely when I was pulling out of my parking spot, which could have caused an accident. Instead of the cup holder, I found part of a tool left behind in my car. Additionally, some sort of filter was randomly floating around inside. My charging cord is also missing.Perhaps the most infuriating and unsafe oversight was discovering that my daughter's car seat had been uninstalled without any notification. The back tether, side hooks, and seatbelt were all undone, and it looked untouched. I nearly drove off with my daughter in it before realizing what had happened.The level of negligence and lack of care in returning my vehicle is completely unacceptable. I strongly urge others to avoid CARSTAR Chilton at all costs. This experience has left me with a car that feels unsafe to drive and a deep sense of frustration. Do not risk your vehicle - or your safety - by trusting them with your car.

I was given this shop from Geico as one to choose from to replace my Catalytic Converter and i accepted as it was close to my church. I had to keep calling to get updated on the progress since it was there now into the second week! Finally after wasting ********* weeks in they were no table to complete the job! They couldn't get the part for it, as I asked your a body shop not a muffler shop and had doubts they were capable of the work. they were to also do some work on the exterior and interior which is a body shop specialty and they left it in shambles. They took things apart and before sending to the muffler shop did not put it back together. I would not recommend this shop at all not professional, and being in the business most my life would not do this to any customers.
