      One word: Predatory. They reorder transactions to unethically charge customers. **************** is in *****. They will only fix one of their mistakes a year, so they are free to unethically charge fees, and customers have no recourse. I'm closing my account after 11 years of absolute nonsense. Never again.

      Do not go to this bank it's on ******* and 59 Freeway! I was trying to open a business account with an appointment. You can observe long lines 2 tellers only and the waiting area horrible! No restrooms for customers and I had to go! This bank looks like the if we are in ****** already!

      I never had an issue with them, and they are convenient. I never thought I would prefer Wells Fargo, but after dealing with ********* for over a decade and comparing both banks, I highly recommend Wells Fargo, and highly do not recommend any online bank, especially *********.

      Three checks were cashed and money taken from account three different times (2020, 2023, 2024) totally $800 each time. I wrote the checks in 2020 - at this time $800 was correctly taken out. In 2023, the same three checks were cashed for a second time, I was refunded $800 then without notice one of refunds was reversed so I only got $600 out of $800 back and I did not catch it in time to get that money back. In 2024, the same three checks were cashed, I called in September and to set up claims. I was told one claims was for the check that was for $400 and the second claim was for the two checks that were for $200 each (so totaled $400). I was refunded $400 and sent one letter. I waited for the letter for the second claim and did not get it. I can see on my online account the claim is closed so I called (all you can see online is the date you submitted the claim and the amount it is for, all other information you have to trust they documented correctly). I was told it was two duplicate claims. So now I am out another $400? I have reset up the claim but it is past the 60 day **** due to their mistake. I am in the process of changing banks, but have been super disappointed at the lack of transparency, lack of ability to access necessary information, and of course at losing my money.

      Wells Fargo has the absolute worst customer service that I've ever experienced. I have been trying to change an auto-draft FOR SIX MONTHS after we had to close an account due to identity theft. Their system (and their people) get totally confused because I have two credit cards with Wells Fargo through retailers. I am cancelling both accounts and will never use Wells Fargo again or engage with any retailer's card that is serviced by Wells Fargo.

      I should have gone here before doing business with Wells Fargo. They deserve the ** I was unable to set up a payment account with them (a "non- Wells Fargo account" using their vernacular.) Yet they could somehow receive payments after I spent 30 minutes finding an on-line customer agent who could help me. So I did avoid a late payment fee. I spent two hours and fifteen minutes on the phone trying to get the payment account set up. Finally I got to the complaint department whose advise was to start over with on-line banking services which is where I started in the first place. I asked them to verify that I filled a complaint and that I wanted verification that I filed a complaint. After another ten minutes the customer service (misnomer) person gave me a 22 (yes twenty-two) alpha numeric number documenting my complaint. Here's my complaint code: ****************************, They must get a LOT of complaints.

      Worst bank horrible policies, Ive been a loyal customer for over 15 years and they treat you like nothing. I am closing my account. I applied for a car loan after being a loyal customer for over 15 years and they denied me. Every other bank approved my car loan and gave me a great interest rate. I dont recommend Wells Fargo to anyone.

      I would give a zero if it were an option. My employer had been sending ACH payments for my paychecks. On my last check my employer gave me a paper check. I deposited this into the atm. Tuesday the credit hits my account and later Tuesday they take the amount of my check out causing my account to start bouncing. I called to ask why, after being transferred multiple times and verifying my information yet again every time. I was advised my employer had been paying me out of an account that didn’t match the account number on the paper check and it was marked counterfeit. Really did those stupid words just come out of my mouth, yes and I can’t believe it. If someone hasn’t written you a check before we will reject it and mark it as counterfeit. She said you should always take checks inside to a teller. Then hire tellers so every time the line isn’t to the door or have atm machines that do their job. Wells Fargo is a nightmare to deal with. I would bank with them again only if they were the very last bank in the country.
