MORPHE: 18 ct Matte Essentials Artistry Palette, order # ********.I ordered an eye shadow gift from this company on 12/01/23, my credit card was billed for it on the 1st also. On 12/05 I received an email from them stating the order had been shipped. I tracked it until the Saturday 12/09, it was suppose to be here, when it did not show up I tried to track again. There was now no info. on the tracking website. I emailed MORPHE, and received a confirmation that they received my email, wait 48 hours for a response. I then online chat the shipping company and they stated there was no package registered to deliver. I waited 96 hours emailed MORPHE again, and now 3 days later still no response. I would like my money refunded to me.Initial Complaint

11/23/23 the company was supposed to cancel my order because I was leaving to go out of town. There is no way of actually speaking to someone anymore on the phone. I had to do everything via email. Finally they said they put in a request to cancel and I said not to worry about it because I saw it was already going to be shipped and I knew that was a lie. Then I come back from vacation and the order is still not delivered. It finally gets delivered and items are missing and no invoice in the box. I emailed to explain the situation and they asked for a picture and I sent them what I opened and what was received. They tell me to dispute the charges and they cannot send a replacement for the items I paid for.Initial Complaint

This is in reference to 2 orders.1) Order #******** / Order date 11/23/2023 / Total Paid $118.61. I have tried to track my order using *** tracking # 1ZE371C20300048394 for 7 days now but this package has NOT moved in the *** network. For 7 days it only states "The delivery date will be provided as soon as possible." I have contacted *** and they told me that they do NOT have possession of the package and for me to contact the shipper - Morphe. I have emailed Morphe about this package 5 days ago and then again yesterday and still this problem has NOT been resolved.Its safe to assume that this package was lost and I would like for my order to re-ship my or receive a full refund on my credit card. 2) Order # ******** / Order date 11/18/2023 / Total Paid $130.03 I have NOT received my order #********. The package has **** tracking # **************************, it also has a *** tracking #1ZE371C2YW00035042 but when I contacted *** they told me that **** is the one that does the delivery. On the **** website it states it was delivered on Nov 30th, but I never received this package. I know for a fact that the US ************** lies about delivery dates to improve their metrics but its been a week and I never received this package. I have been to the mailroom of my apartment building every day for the past week and it was not placed in my mailbox. I need proof of delivery or at least who signed for this package ? If not then I would like for my order to re-ship or receive full refund my credit card.I have emailed Morphe with this information but they have not responded back.Please helpInitial Complaint

I purchased 2 sets of makeup brushes online from Morphe. When I opened them, they smelled horrible. Other reviewers mentioned the same issue but they were on sale so I thought I would give it a try. I reached out to customer service via email because the phone number they list on their site is just a voice mailbox, no one actually answers the phone. They asked that I send photos of the *** and barcode, which I did. I have reached back out to them 2 times via email, and they have stopped responding. All I am asking for is a return label to send the brushes back.Initial Complaint

I purchased from three orders from this company in one week. The fist order was 2 brush sets on 11/29 shipped via Lasership on 12/1. I followed my package which said it was delivering on Tuesday 12/6. Its Saturday 12/10 and since Tuesday Ive checked my porch and mailbox everyday and the tracking says effective Tuesday sorry we attempted to deliver your package but it was undeliverable . I checked my camera the entire day Tuesday and not one person came to my door. Definitely not at 10pm when it says they attempted to deliver. My other Morphe orders have delivered to my porch just fine. My 3nd order delivered to my porch today. It wasnt shipped via Lasership. Ive reached out to Morphe via phone several times to resolve the issue but their phone no longer works. It states to only email them. Ive sent 2 emails with screenshots with no response. At this point I would like my 2 brush sets overnighted via *** or ***** along with a full refund for my inconvenience.Kindly ***
