So ... My problem is this company tried to purposely over change my insurance and add and tac on things. Including the electrical to my vehicle and the seals as well as replacing the entire interior. And ozone oxygen machine for 4 treatments to ensure no mold survived. After my insurance denied the claim the services scanned back to interior cleaning price was discounted to 2200 which was to include everything they tried to cover with insurance (AAA) within 2 days I finally received my van. I paid with ***** the initial 1500 trying to come them I didn't have the 2200 but I could get the rest later within the week. But upon getting my van. Everything was re installed incompletely ie seats seatbelts. I was missing items from my van like my dog's seat ( which I received 4 days after.I had to call ) I also had to call to retrieve my remote from my car. They said they would replace my battery and ended up losing my entire keys twice and then the remote was never replaced and eventually lost. I looked up all the Yelp reviews and realized I went through a similar scam as many many of the 9 pages of 1 star Yelp reviews. This place needs to be closed down. **** needs to be jailed for fraud and insurance scams as well as scams on people. He takes advantage and if he can't use insurance he will over change you calling it a favor. Taking several days for a job that should only be 3 hours max. Changes for storage even if it's his fault it's taking long. He also does a minimal job that doesn't match the prices. I have leather interiors with carpets shouldn't be 2200 for a auto detail that doesn't include replacing anything. Was charged to replace carpet lining and padding and that was not done my van was determined by **** too be totally un salvageable and that he recommended just totaling out my van later asking if I wanted him to tell insurance that it was totaled out. he offered to buy it. he started using profanity and insults to resolve the issue. I just got scammed his M/oInitial Complaint

Date: January 9 - 26 Amount paid to this business: $9,442 I found the business through Yelp and the page specified that he had an expertise in the work I needed (water intrusion). I later found that there are fake Yelp reviews on the page. He asked multiple times for me to leave a Yelp review before I even saw my car. He said I had to pay in cash and implied he was avoiding the **** When my car was returned, it was damaged in multiple ways that it was not when I brought it in. He wrote on the invoice that he fixed the cause of the leak. The car leaked the following weekend so I had it inspected and found that no attempt was made to fix the leak. He charged me 3 hours for something that should take 15 minutes expecting I wouldn't catch on. He damaged my car's speaker system. He did not put the seats back on correctly so they were loose. I had to pay someone else to put the car back together correctly. I asked for my invoices multiple times and he refused to send them. When I said the work was done wrong he fought me on the facts and told me to leave without answering any of my direct questions, such as what was done to fix the leak. He did a sloppy job putting the car back together after pulling out all the carpets, seats and center console. The level of care was next to none and for what I paid I would not find his work acceptable. The estimate for work he gave me on day one was nearly blank without a monetary amount provided. His estimate said he had a $100/day storage fee but when the bill came he changed it to $250/day. My car was deemed totaled and after speaking with other professionals they explained how he had inflated his invoice because I wouldn't know any better. When I was told to pick up my car, he initially told me I would pay two bills, one in the amount of $6,642 and the other in the amount of $2,500 but when I arrived he told me the second bill would be over $3,000 which I did not have in cash.Initial Complaint

The date of transaction is 12/26/21. He is misleading with his prices. He does not show proof of work that has been done and changes the prices frequently. He is very agressive with his clientele and uses intimidation tactics to get his costs up. I left the parking lot he uses to work on the vehicle with a airbag light on my dash board. He refused to properly fix it and it was impossible to get ahold of him. He uses fake reviews to mislead people to look on his yelp to look better. I requested money back from the transaction so that I can take my truck to a certified mechanic yo adress the airbag light and see what is going on now. He created the problem and didnt try to fix it. I gave him multiple days to adress it and he failed on all of them
