      Missing item from my online purchase, submitted claim and was denied! Then waisted an hour of my life on the phone with these people telling me I had to dispute the charge with my bank as they refused to send the item or refund my money. You mean the same company I used to buy it, my ******** card?! And also that's theft, knowingly taking my money and not sending what I purchased. I asked for the ladies boss or a representative for the claims department and was denied over and over. Finally talked to a man in claims who magically was now available who refunded my money, then made me repurchase the item over the phone! Seriously?! Worst customer service EVER! Whoever is in charge needs some serious education, like call ANY OTHER COMPANY and they will teach you how to give better service than this! Cutting up my card I've had FOREVER and used ALOT, because I'm never giving them any of my money again!!!

      I placed an online order with ********* who Gap *** owns. There were two packages sent. In the one I've received so far there was supposed to be a sweater and a blazer, the bag that was sent was a tiny bag that had only the sweater in it. I reached out to customer service, was told that I would get an email and I'd have to do a claim. I explained I had a picture that Ontrac took when they left the bag on my front porch, it was of a tiny bag, there is NO way a blazer was ever included and according to the shipping label, the bag only weighed .76. But that didn't matter. I filled out the claim, waited days to find I was one of the lucky ones, my claim was approved. They didn't ask what I wanted, a refund or another blazer, they just issued the refund. So now I have a sweater that was supposed to go with the blazer but no blazer. I got the blazer on a good sale so if I want another one, I get to wait for a sale and hope they have my size and color. If you look at Trust Pilot and ********* you will see review after review with the same story as mine. ******** and Gap both are doing this to customers. But at least I got a refund, many do not. Gap *** has turned into an unethical, highly dysfunctional company with apparently dishonest or completely incompetent employees and I will never shop with any of their stores again. I will also be closing my ON credit card. It is a shame they have chosen to treat customers this way, I am sure we'll be seeing that they've closed a bunch of stores in the future, there is NO way they can continue to do business this way. What is happening to all of these retailers is no one's fault but their own.

      I ordered 4 items, a tshirt, a waffle knit longsleeve, an extra-small petite black coat and an identical medium petite black coat.The xs coat was missing I the box and someone has ripped open the clear bag of the size medium like as if they had checked the size, put it I the box, and assumed there was 2 coats in there when they went to double check.I called customer service and they put in a claim. My claim was denied. It was only when I recalled customer service that they told me I had to call my back and ask for a "Non-recieve of goods" to get my money back. They claim they can't just refund me due to privacy issues. However, I find it amusing that I had to call again after my denied claim that that's how I get my money back. ********.

      I placed a $200+ order containing 29 items. My order was split into 2 separate orders one package with 2 items the other containing the remaining 27 items. I received the package containing 2 items but not the large package. My tracking states it was delivered at 1130 pm on Oct ******* nothing was at my front or back door. I waited 3 days to file the claim and like everyone else my claim was instantly denied no proper investigation was done. I called customer service after being denied and was pretty much told I was Out of my order because the tracking say it was delivered. I try to explain to them I understand it say it was delivered but nothing was at my address. They informed me to contact the shipping company. I contacted the shipping company and was told I had to contact the merchant. I contacted the merchant and the same thing. I asked to speak with a supervisor and was told the supervisor will not except my call I have to deal with the claims department. And to file a claim with my bank. Not one time did the offer a better solution. So not only am I out of $200 I do t have my items purchased. This is very unprofessional of this company

      I placed an online order that never arrived! Reaching out to GAP, they sent me link to their claims website and basically automatically denied it. **************** said to reach out to my bank who say that they can't help me considering I used a debit card. Now Gap refuses to claim responsibility and my bank is helpless due to federal regulations on what they can dispute and I'm out of 200$.

      I ordered a shirt that never shipped and it's been almost a year. **************** tells me I need to dispute it with the bank instead of either refunding or shipping me a new shirt. I also asked at least for a store credit as I have items in my cart. That was also a no. I asked that if ******** fails to ship product (they can see on their end that it never shipper), then it falls on the customer? Their answer was to dispute with my bank. I currently have over $70 worth of product in my cart that I will not be purchasing anymore since ******** refuses to refund $7. They also gave me a dead link to leave feed back.

      I have been a loyal holder of a Gap Credit Card for several years. On November 7, 2024, I received an email notifying me that my rewards would expire on November 16, 2024, and provided two options: to use the rewards or to use the Gap Mastercard. Unfortunately, I did not check the email until November 15, 2024, which left me very little time to take ********* response, I used my Gap card for a purchase at ****** for groceries. However, when I later checked my account, I discovered that my rewards had completely disappeared.I have contacted customer service multiple times and have been transferred to various departments, but no one has been able to provide a solution or reinstate my expired rewards.I would appreciate your assistance in resolving this matter. Kindly advise on how I can recover my lost rewards or what options are available for reinstatement.

      Please don’t buy from the gap factory i recently made an order and didn’t received my order after making a few complaints they denied my claim this store steals hard working people money the items where bought with a gift card so needless to say I lost my money . I was not asking for a refund I wanted my items they were a gift to my baby granddaughter but the rich decided to steal from the poor

      I ordered 3 Gap hoodies online for a total of $137.85 … which I never receive nor could they provide me proof of delivery! When I call to state my claim was told, they shipped it and it not on them and I could file a complaint…. I filed a complaint which normally takes 3-5 days but was answer with a denial less than 10 minutes on a Saturday… so they never consider what I was explaining to them… ive bought thousands of dollars of merchandise from this colony over the years… never to think I would be treated with little concern or respect… so I’m out of $137 and got no hoodies… I really wanted those hoodies for my trip but never got them… smh… won’t be spending anymore money with THE GAP

      I ordered clothes from ******** in late July. They were charged on my card but the package never left ********. The time for arrival of the package kept updating. When I tried to make a claim, it was claimed by an online representative that it had been too long, even though the delivery date had been continually updating. I had to go through my card for a refund. I looked this issue up online and it seems to be a scam that the company is running where they claim they will send your merchandise but never do, and make it very hard to figure out if the package is actually lost.
