      I conducted an online search for the domain name **************** for an unrelated reason and encountered eCommerce based webpages at **************************************************** selling my registered domain name, ********, from the seller **** ***** at *********************************************. The seller **** ***** was either a prior registrant of **************** or he is a scammer who published the unauthorized online sale pages in bad faith to steal money from individuals attempting to purchase ****************. Therefore, whether inadvertently or intentionally, the seller, **** *****, is engaging in illegal activity by selling a domain name of which he does not possess ownership and as such does not have the authority to sell or ability to digitally deliver. I am requesting the removal of the pages ********************************************* and **************************************************** to protect the integrity of **************** and ********************************. I've attached screenshots of the sale page(s), proof that I am the current registrant/subscriber of **************** through Hostinger and historical WHOIS information to demonstrate that I've been the sole registrant of **************** since March 7, 2017.

      I started a subscription based class on how to monetize tik tok and had 700 students paying $20 a month Gumroad shut down my product out of no where. I received a message saying I need to change the verbiage . Which I did and he said youre good to go 3 days later right before my pay out my product gets suspended AGAIN. No responses no emails & no reason why!! This product makes me over $10k a month passively and my class has changed peoples lives on tik tok! I have 700 people relying on me and freaking out because I now have to cancel class! Seeking legal action now

      Hello,I purchased a product online 6-4-24 for my business so l could put a LLC entity or existence on my company. I paid in the amount of $111.20 to form a Certificate of **************** and they said that it will be delivered within a couple of weeks and it was a 30 day guarantee.       To whom it may concern,I am writing to file a formal complaint against Gumroad, Inc. regarding the sudden suspension of my account without proper notification and the withholding of funds.[ i have a digital product account on ******************** where in the last 3 days i earned 25$ as GumRoad takes 10% i had to receive ***** $ but suddenly without any proper reason or proper email notification my account was suspended .]On 14-Feb_24 , I attempted to login to my Gumroad account, only to discover that my account had been suspended. Shockingly, I did not receive any prior notification or explanation for this suspension. I have reviewed Gumroad's terms of service and community guidelines, and to the best of my knowledge, I have not violated any policies.I have attempted to contact Gumroad customer support, but I have not received any response or clarification regarding the reason for the account suspension. This lack of communication is not only unprofessional but also places my business at a significant disadvantage.Furthermore, as of today, I have not received any notification or update regarding the status of my account or the funds that were supposed to be withdrawn. This has caused undue stress and financial hardship for my business.I kindly request the Better Business Bureau to intervene in this matter and facilitate a resolution between myself and Gumroad, Inc. I seek the reinstatement of my account, a thorough investigation into the reasons for the suspension, and the prompt release of the funds rightfully belonging to my business.I appreciate your attention to this matter and trust that the Better Business Bureau will help resolve this dispute in a fair and timely manner.Thank you for your assistance.

      After making an online purchase of two songs from the company's site on 1/6/24 I then noticed an error in my credit card statement. I was charged an additional $14 beyond what I had paid for the two songs which were $4 each. I then disputed the charge and received a credit from my **** account. I then wanted to make another purchase from that site for some music but the credit card was blocked. When I then emailed them about it they said I would have to cancel my dispute of the charge. I did so and sent them a screenshot per their request. An agent with whom I emailed has claimed that at their end their bank says there has been no cancellation and that they will not be able to issue a refund nor allow me to make any extra purchases because they can't control the system. If they're unwilling to allow me to make any more purchases then I would want a refund of the extra $14. Part of the problem is that they have a non-working phone number even though it shows up.

      This is to let you know the company I had filed the complaint against(Gumroad.com) has resolved this issue by allowing me to download material I had desired which was a change in their position regarding that.

      Hi, my account was suspended because of risks of chargebacks even though I only had a single chargeback ever on my accounts with dozens of sales. I can't contact them to get more info about as I get no answer.
