I purchased a ticket for an event for July 22nd 2024. I got there just to be told it was cancelled. Later on I find out that the concert will be done on another date. I asked for a refund by email on July 24th. I didnt get a response so I contacted my bank. The venue then responds saying that cant do anything because I contacted my bank. Later on my bank denies my refund saying the venue said I didnt show up. But that is not true. I showed up there on the original date where they cancelled it last minute. They also told my bank that I didnt request a refund but I did.

Date of transaction: march 12, 2023 Amount: $330.22 I am writing to formally address an issue that has come to my attention regarding the upcoming ********************* concert scheduled for November. My purpose in writing this email is to express my disappointment and concern about a significant disparity in ticket pricing that I have recently discovered. To provide some context, I eagerly purchased tickets for the ********************* concert when they were initially released in March. At that time, I opted for the VIP2 package, which carried a price tag of $165. However, upon visiting the concert website this week, I was surprised to find that the same VIP2 package is now being offered for just $124. This drastic reduction in ticket price has understandably left me feeling rather dissatisfied with my earlier purchase. What particularly troubles me is the apparent lack of equity in this pricing adjustment. Those of us who showed our support by purchasing tickets early on now find ourselves at a disadvantage, having paid a substantially higher price compared to those who waited. Such a discrepancy seems unfair and fails to acknowledge the loyalty of fans who were eager to secure their spots from the outset.Adding to my concerns is the fact that the concert itself was already postponed once, with notice of the rescheduling sent out just a day before the originally planned date. This unexpected change caused inconvenience and uncertainty for attendees, and now the alteration in ticket pricing further compounds my unease. Equally disconcerting is the absence of any explicit policy or terms that outline the possibility of ticket price adjustments within the period leading up to the concert. This lack of transparency leaves consumers like me feeling blindsided by unexpected changes that impact our financial commitments. I have tried contacting Midway multiple times but I have not received any response at all to address my concerns.

The Midway SF falsely advertised their show on September 10 for weeks and sold tickets under false pretenses. Two days prior to the show, on 9/8, the Midway changed the artist lineup almost completely, changed the time and shortened the event by an hour, and changed the venue setting. They are refusing to offer refunds.

I was with friends and we met this group of guys, one who assaulted me because i was emotional and he told me to leave. i pushed him away from me and he held me down on a couch and choked me. i had to use my legs and kick him off of me. he continued to try to hit me after i got up. the only thing staff members did was kick me out and try to get me a uber home. they didnt try to find the guy or kick him outthey chose to kick me out. im super unhappy with this situation & want to make everyone aware. people need to be fired there and also hire people that actually care about the safety of people. this was a very traumatic experience and i will be pressing charges against them.
