had to get a new card and spend $30.00 when it was YOUR fault for letting some stranger from ******** ****** with this ************ phone number hack my account. I want my $426.00 and add $30.00 to the refund! You refuse to answer your phone and hung up on me TWICE! Here is proof of who I am. Grace ********* and NO ONE from Truelink called back. This is not right when all I simply did was try to call this company because I was set up with a card through them for my payee and social security and all Im trying to do is find out where my card is and the woman that answered treated me like absolute c*** and now has me blocked from calling them I am fed up I want her fired and when she has discriminated against an individual with a developmental disability who has no family or support period and is now about to lose everything I want her fired and she should never be allowed to ********* again I will seek an attorney and now this is gonna be bad for true linkBusiness response

There is no excuse for the way people with developmental disabilities are treated if the person doesnt like their job thats fine but they can quit Im sorry I now have to start making examples until people learn I need to know that person was reprimanded

On 07/15/2023, I attempt a transaction to make a food purchase, the transaction declined due to insufficient fund and this happened several times trying to complete the order. I contacted support to resolve the issue but there were no resolution, the response did not support the fact of the transaction, however, True Link Financial, *** made their reply. I totally disagreed for the fact that the charge for the card ending in **** had sufficient funds and the charge to the attempted puchased made was sufficient and I will provide supporting documents upon request. True Link Financial, *** have breached the contract and acted out of their fiduciary duty. I couldn't buy any food or exercise any rights to the benefits of this account.On 07/19/2023, I attempted to make a cash withdrawal but was declined. I contacted True Link Financial, *** and the reply was that the master service agreement between ********* and True Link Financial, *** would not allow such transaction. I disagree. I followed up and replied to True Link Financial, *** inquiring where in the Agreement it shows that Able cards do not have the ability to access cash and True Link Financial, *** pointed it out in the Agreement. True Link Financial, Inc. pointed it out. I took viewed the verbiage and where it is placed, it contradicts the agreement. I totally disagree with the ****** Services Agreement for each have no equal considerations for the beneficiary, it is defective and is unlawful. The agreement under the Prepaid Card clause specifically states that the Card allows access funds loaded or deposited to the Card Account from the ABLE account. ******** Holdings *** ***** *********************************** are conspiring into an unlawful act in depriving me of my rights to the benefit of accessing to cash funds.Business response

This business took money from my account. I started noticing a few dollars missing in between transactions. I'm not sure how much money was taken in total, but it was not listed under fees- I'm not sure why they were taking money out. This is supposed to benefit disabled people. I was coerced into opening this account through another business I work with so it would be easier on them. I am no longer using this bank and would not suggest using this bank. I'm interested in how much money they got away with!!Business response

I am rejecting this response because:I did not receive any messages/paperwork. No one called from a recognized phone number(s). Money was not refunded. In addition, my account was closed by bank and check for remaining balance was issued, which was wrong.
The missing money was never explained or resolved.

A couple of years ago, I deposited $15,000 in a STABLE account for my handicapped son *********************. Then I appointed a Financial Guardian to have access to the account, in addition to myself. The local court accepted the arrangement. All went well until a company called TrueLinkFinancial sent me a debit card, but when I tried to get it authorized, I was told I had to send in two documents relating to my son's finances. These proved impossible to get, and so I called STABLE in Columbus and asked what balance was in the account. I was told that I was unknown to STABLE and no information about the account could be given. I do not know why STABLE is denying me money for what I spend on ****, and I do not know why they think I did not donate the $15,000. I want TrueLinkFinancial to clear my debit card without sending them any documents, and I want STABLE to acknowledge that I am the donor, father, and guardian of my son.Business response
