I was a daily user of the app DRIP until August 1st when I received an email stating that my account had been terminated and I was no longer permitted to use the site. Their reasoning for banning me after spending a lot of money over the year was due to a personal text message sent between me and another user on the site. There were no apparent rules that had been broken actually using the site. Ive sent many emails and messages requesting what rules I had broken but all of my requests fail on deaf ears as they apparently blocked me. I have many issues that I need resolved due them making a ***** decision to block me for a personal private text message sent between two adults not even having anything in remotely to do with the actual company ****. I had spent a lot of money on items and races for items from sellers that normally dont go live often. All of these purchases are still on items which havent taken place and now since Im blocked from even signing into my account I have no way to check my purchases or contact these sellers. Basically drip stole a lot of money from me when they took away my access to my account. All shows that over bought into that havent happened yet or maybe some have happened I wouldnt know because they banned me. I never received anything from these sellers. I have no access to ***** messages anymore so I cant message the sellers to find out if anything has taken place and find out where my items are that I purchased. Were talking thousands of dollers I spent on future races that hadnt taken place. Thats pretty much stealing my money and then blocking me from trying to ask for a refund from the seller. Since **** refuses to discuss anything with me even blocking my emails and requests for refunds for future shows and items I bought into that they never provided id like my money back asap.
