After multiple attempts to cancel my membership, I have had to go through my credit card company to stop the incessant charges of over $2500 per month that I NEVER signed up for. The pricing is not clear (false advertising) and leads you to signing up for something that is not affordable or realistic. I am absolutely disgusted. Furthermore, to get through the customer service page is impossible as it keeps jumping from hims to hers and back again while never actually getting to a phone number or the secure messaging center.Review from Jerry H

My ** advised me to stop taking Hair Growth pill, ***********, because of side effects. Had to jump through way too many hoops to cancel Rx. Had to send email with cancelation details, then they send a vague email on how to login and cancel. Had to ****** help to cancel Rx on their website. They make it next to impossible to figure out how to cancel on your own. Then after you finally figure out how to cancel, they send you through a mirage of pages trying to get you not to cancel. We will never use this business again! POOR BUSINESS PRACTICES! F-Review from Joaquim S

I've tried to get an order cancelled and its impossible to reach anyone. I didn't place the order. My card was used. I've trying to get in touch with hims and no luck 24 hours later. I will have to get transaction marked fraud thru my card.Review from Thomas D
