In July, I received a dosage of 5 mg Tirzepetide. In August, my dosage was increased, and I I received a compound dosage 7.5 mg Tirzepetide. In September, I received a dosage of 5 mg and I reached out to Remedy Labs. They requested pictures of my order and packaging which I sent. They replied that they would follow up. I did not receive any response and had to follow up twice. Finally, a week later I got a reply that they checked into it and the dosage was correct. How could this be correct when there was absolutely no reason to reduce my dosage nor was I ever told that my dosage would be decreased. I feel like this is a bait and switch and this company is not acting in good faith. Their customer service has been unacceptable in being unresponsive and not providing any read that the dosage was reduced/changed.
